- KGkayla galanAug 14, 20261.0I went to place an order for 8/15 at 11:15 am and didn’t realize that I placed the order for 8/14. I quickly realized as soon as the order went through and I called in immediately to them to let them know I would like to cancel my order. The man that picked up the phone and said okay we went ahead and cancelled it. I tried asking about how I would be receiving a refund and was hung up on. I continued to get notifications that the order was being made and my door dasher was on the way to pick it up so I called back again and the man that answered told me to hold for the manager. She answered and was very rude and told me “We went ahead and made all of those pizzas why do you want to cancel” I let her know I accidentally ordered it for the wrong day. She put the phone down and continued to talk to her coworkers all while I can hear. She comes back to the phone and said “You’re order has been cancelled and you will receive your credit”. I said “Thank you so-“ and was immediately hung up on and I didn’t get the chance to ask about how I would receive a refund since I used my work’s card. The people were very rude and not helpful at all. Do not recommend

The ingredients have been fresh and tasty. This is my go to spot for pizza and I highly recommend that everyone should try it.
