The last couple times we have ordered, it has taken forever, order not ready for carry out when promised, and the food has been subpar. Placed an order tonight and when my husband arrived to pick it up 30 minutes later he was told “the dough was still proofing”, nothing had even been assembled yet. Lobby full of people waiting. He asked for a cancellation and refund but was told they would only offer a store credit at that specific location. Who knows if we actually even have that, and we may never return to use it anyway. Find another Pizza Hut.
