- SMSandy Moore2 days ago1.0Stopped by to get “ holiday donuts “ which they did not have. We did have plenty of time to look over the variety of what was available because we were not acknowledged for the better part of 7 minutes. We were going up leave but decided just to stand there and see how long it took! Female working the drive thru walked directly in front of us retrieving items from the cooler and never said as much as hello or someone would be with us soon. Party in the back going on for a bit before someone came up front to help He was not able to use the register so he had to break up the rest of the party for assistance. Not sure why but, they never get your donuts from the case. Always from the racks standing open in the store. All of this to get them home and they are stale and hard enough to make a very loud thud when hitting the bottom of the trashcan. This is not the first time we have received day old products from this location. Lesson learned!
- TFTim Fleming3 days ago2.0Walked in and was never greeted, finally got to the register and the cashier acted like he hated being there, whispered and was not very helpful. Also, the conveyor belt with the hot and ready doughnuts was poorly observed and at one point on the belt the doughnuts got stuck and started getting smashed and falling off the assembly. The lobby looked neglected. Just felt poorly managed.
- TAT AngusJun 21, 20262.0DO NOT….I REPEAT….DO NOT….go to this locations drive thru on a Sunday morning with any order other than glazed donuts. They can not handle an order with multiple kinds of donuts. I should have thought twice when I noticed the drive thru line was taking a long time. But also I noticed people who had ordered were parking instead of leaving (guessing they checked their orders and realized they were wrong). I ordered a dozen varied donuts, the dude even repeated the order back to me but i didn’t get what I ordered. Considering today being a special day, and the donuts I ordered for my husband were missed makes it even worse. Sorry guys, I don’t have the funds to give this establishment another try. My advice is to either order all glazed or go inside.

- CQCP QJun 14, 20263.0I was excited to find Krispy Kreme and to see the "hot now" sign for glazed doughnuts! Imagine my disappointment when I then drove away and found out my glazed donut at was not hot. I thought providing hot donuts when they had them was part of the policy!!
