    One of the most pathetic experiences I’ve had at a Jimmy John’s. If stale bread and employees acting like customers are interrupting their free time is the standard here, this location has absolutely nailed it. The bread tasted old and anything but fresh. When I raised a concern about the food, the staff’s response was even worse than the sandwich. There was no apology, no attempt to understand the issue, and absolutely no interest in fixing it. The attitude was dismissive and careless, as if expecting fresh food and basic customer service was somehow asking too much. What really stood out was the complete lack of professionalism. You can forgive an occasional bad sandwich, but when poor food is combined with staff who seem completely uninterested in the customers standing in front of them, there is a much bigger problem. It felt like everyone was simply there to collect a paycheck, kill time, and get through the shift with as little effort as possible. Management seriously needs to look at how this location is being operated. Fresh bread and basic courtesy shouldn't be considered premium features at a sandwich shop. Based on my experience, both were apparently unavailable here. Absolutely disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

    First time visiting this store went through the drive-through asked for jalapeño chips and a club tuna. After paying for my order, I looked in the bag and see that my ships weren’t there so I pulled back around to the drive-through and let them know. They forgot my chips, but I found out that they actually weren’t listening to my order and never rung up me for the chips so I went ahead and paid for them and then I left after leaving. I noticed that the club two and I ordered only had two slices of cheese on it. I also noticed that it was a mail that took my order and provided me my order, but the receipt showed a female name starting with the letter Y

    The lady working was very rude, and somehow charged us for 3 sandwiches, when we only ordered 2. We asked for a receipt because it seemed expensive and she refused to provide one until at the end. When the order was ready, she handed us 3 sandwiches and our receipt. It felt like her error was intentional for extra profit.

    $7 for adding cheese to my sandwich. They charge $3 for cheese on a turkey tom. Then charge me $4 for switching to cheddar cheese on a tuna sandwich that came w cheese. $7 for slices of cheese on sandwiches. Never again, crooks
