Waited for 15 minutes before I asked how much longer for service. I was told to wait another 5 minutes, even though it seemed they were just waiting on fries. I dunno why I'd have to wait 5 minutes on fries just for them to take my order. I could hear a lot of arguing in the back, and even saw a short girl complaining very loudly and a very rude attitude about customers. I only saw 1 person, a girl in black, she was running around trying to help get orders out but no one else seemed to care and was taking their sweet time. I think the whole store might need some retraining cuz it was ridiculous. Worst service Ive ever seen or had.

Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
