  This morning now marks the third time I have been to this location and told I can’t use cash due to them not having enough change. This owner needs to figure it out- have the proper cash till in order to open or DON’T open! Simple.

  This morning I went inside to place my order. I was not greeted. Then the two employees just kept looking at me. Finally after about 5 minutes the guy came over and asked me if I was placing an order. I placed my order and 17 minutes later is when I received it! That's unacceptable! They had us in the lobby and 1 car in the drive through. They even made the car pull around and park!

  If I could give this Dunkin zero stars I would. Two employees. One employee is socializing with friends not working. The other employee is staring off doing nothing. Me and my son wait for 5 minutes in line then go to the kiosk to order to see if one of the employees would be able to grab 10 chocolate munchkins. Another 5 minutes goes by after putting in the order and still no munchkins. Employee continues to do nothing and stare in space while the other socializes. Finally she looks at the order. Puts it down. Continues to talk then asks the others employee to complete it but states the wrong munchkin flavor. Employee cannot figure out how to get the munchkins out or what they are. I corrected them 5 times on the flavor between the two of them. Employee could not even close the box. Finally as I grab the box and leave a manager comes out and they all just look around. Horrible service, poorly ran

  I don't know is the service good or not I'm waiting for 5 minutes nobody's in line four employees doing the drive-thru and don't save one second. You need to teach how you do customer service!

  Male kid at the drive through has an attitude problem. Quick to get upset when a customer doesn’t understand something. I guess the only place he could get a job at
