I felt like a jerk calling them to complain about an underbaked pie but I'm a truck driver & I don't have a pizza oven in my rig to bake a pizza longer to my liking. Mark (the manager, I assume) was very pleasant & apologetic on the phone & didn't make me feel uncomfortable or awkward for making the call. He compensated me for the sub-par pie & was extremely professional & respectful the whole time. The value of a business isn't just measured by when things go right but, more importantly, when things don't go as planned. The pizza may not have been well-done, Mark, but the job you did today was VERY well done. Thank you again & I'll be sure to call you guys the next time I roll through Buford, GA! Order was $25.45. Delivery drivers name was Damien. Tall guy with dreads claiming he was new. His name started with D, like Damien or something like that. I handed him a $55 in cash amd requested $20 back in change. Around $10 tip for him. And 20.45 for the food. Driver claims he only has $4 in change. Shows me and ring camera his wallet. I didn't want to leave him a $30 tip. He insisted he can have two large pizzas delivered. Asked me what toppings and told me to worry. Never told me what time and never told me he was gonna,place the order with my card on file. Just now another driver shows,up n tells me he needs to charge another card or I need to pay cash?!. Yet, not one order requested,on my doninos app. Two two pizzas that showed up were two small pizzas with none ov the toppings I told the driver. The driver from yesterday pocketed all the money n then tried to charge my card om file. Order # was 3445 . I have all the audio and video proof on ring cam. I called store today to explain but store was,too busy to care. Dear dominos, what is going on ? I don't even want these pizzas.

When I called, an automated voice message said the store was closed. Then I contacted Domino's Pizza. Their team really helped me. They listened to my situation, understood the urgency, and said they would prepare the pizzas as quickly as possible — and they did. Today, Domino’s Pizza saved the year-end celebration for 22 kids.
