There is always an issue picking up where they can't find my food and seem unconcerned just saying "we don't have it" and walking off. More than that, though, the food has had issues every time as well. This time the rice was undercooked to the point of being hard, and the chicken cold because they prepared it immediately instead of the pick-up time I entered.

Honey please, I'll go to the grocery and purchase Guacamole the full size jar instead for under $3. This is just wickedly ridiculous,Smh. I definitely won't be back here ever again, Smh.

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken to go as usual. The chicken was under cooked and had all of it had these hard muscle pieces or bone or something in it and had a weird taste and texture. It made me almost throw up. Then the white rice was hard and under cooked. The new cilantro lime sauce also had a weird taste and I pay the extra dollar to get it all of the time. Service was also extra slow tonight and there were only 3 people in line. I eat Chipotle several times a week so I know when something that I eat weekly doesnt taste right and has a different texture. This location needs inspected by corporate.

The last time I went the lettuce was brown and I had to ask for fresh lettuce she put it on my food then mixed the new with the brown lettuce . There were no forks no napkins and the floors were filthy . So much for a good place to eat? This must be a corporate owned store .
