  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a special shout-out to Jay, Madden, and Santiago at Chipotle for their outstanding service and attention. These young employees were extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. It’s great to see young people who genuinely care about providing excellent customer service and making customers feel appreciated. Jay, Madden, and Santiago did an amazing job and truly deserve recognition for their hard work and positive attitude. Excellent service from start to finish. Five stars all the way! 👏🌟

  I placed a pick up order online and picked it up through the drive thru. I was in a rush so I didn’t check it which was a big mistake. My salad had no salad in it. They only put the toppings which is crazy! No salad to be found. My burrito bowl only had 5 small pieces of chicken in it. Like someone had to go out of their way to not even get a full scoop of chicken. The presentation was super messy as you can see. These photos were taken right when I opened the containers. Very disappointing and whoever is managing this location needs to retrain the employees. I called to see if it could be remade and the number routes you to a call center and you’re not able to speak to anyone in the store. I wanted to have it remade but didn’t want to go up to the store if they weren’t able to. So disappointed because I have a million other things to do and this should’ve been the easiest part of the night ordering food. I won’t be coming back. Chipotle used to be my go to but it’s not even worth the hassle.

  I placed a mobile order for pickup on 7/14, arrived on time, and ended up waiting over 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Delays happen, but what was disappointing was the complete lack of communication. No one apologized, gave an update, or seemed interested in checking on my order despite the restaurant not being busy. As a fellow restaurant owner, I know how important simple hospitality is, and unfortunately it was missing during this visit. I hope this is used as a coaching opportunity because Chipotle is capable of much better service.

  So everytime I come here I get the same thing. I usually don’t write reviews but being that this is like the 5th time I had to. 1st couple of times it was the workers attitudes and the way they would make my tacos. This time wasn’t so much the attitudes but the way they make tacos is horrible. I think they so used to making bowls and burritos they only put ingredients in the middle but everytime I get tacos from this location it’s literally SO messy. Corn sour cream and red sauce be EVERYWHERE. It don’t be enough rice and then it be WAYYY too many beans. Nothing is porportioned or ratio’s right. Being that it’s a taco everything should go from end to end not just the middle of the taco! Please correct! It isn’t just about burritos and bowls!

  5/5 Stars – Exceptional Customer Service! I had an issue with my app and a specific code, and Jessica Banners went above and beyond to resolve it for me. From the very beginning, her willingness to help and positive attitude were evident. She handled everything with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. What truly sets Jessica apart is her wonderful tact and warmth—qualities that make all the difference in customer service. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Highly recommended.
