  Visited this location at 4:30pm on a Thursday. There was no steak, nor fajita veggies, I should have left at that point. The barbacoa was very low and looked old and greasy, the black beans looked old, the white rice was gummy. Everything seemed like it had been sitting out too long. Nothing was being cooked fresh. The chips were stale. Chicken and guacamole were good though. I don’t know what is going on here but I think the manager/owner of this needs to give this location some attention. The employees were very nice.

  It’s 8:45pm, the restaurant still has 2.5 hours of open business time & are out of rice and chicken? Waited in line for 10 minutes before being made aware of any of this. Highly disappointed

  placed an app order and picked it up through the drive-thru. The receipt clearly said “Bag 1 of 1,” so I assumed everything was included. I normally check my order before driving away, but there was someone behind me and I felt pressured to move along, so I take responsibility for not checking. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that an entire entrée, all of the sides, and the chips were missing. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What really made this experience frustrating was the complete lack of reasonable customer service afterward. I do not live nearby—I had simply been in the area earlier that day and ordered while I was there. I wasn’t willing to spend another hour driving back and forth over an order that should have been correct in the first place. I tried using the app and website’s “Pepper” AI for assistance, but it repeatedly said my order could not be found. I then called the local number, only to be connected to an outsourced call center. The representative seemed to be reading from a script rather than actually understanding what I was explaining.There was clearly a language/comprehension barrier. The lady was super rude. She repeatedly put me on hold, ultimately never returned, and refused to let me speak with anyone else. The best resolution offered was a $10 coupon for a future visit that expires in 30 days. That is not a reasonable resolution when I paid for food that I never received that cost more than that. I should have been offered a refund for the missing items—not pressured to spend more money with the company within 30 days. The original mistake was understandable. The way it was handled afterward was not. Customer service should be about resolving a problem, not making the customer work harder to get a refund for something they already paid for. Complete failure to assist which made a crappy situation way worse.
