- VPVivek PatelMay 9, 20262.0I had ordered two times in three weeks. Both the time brown rice was partially cooked. Chewing it was like plastic rice. Both the time Fajitas was not in stock and had to wait for 10 minutes even that one wasn't cooked properly. Food quality needs to improve for sure. Staff were good and cooperative.

- DSDaniella ScreetchApr 12, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle location today. The employee was an older man with glasses who was preparing the food. He was dismissive and unwilling to follow basic customer requests or maybe he can’t hear good. Instead of making orders the way customers asked, he was doing things his own way and giving very small tiny portions at a time, which slowed everything down and irritated multiple people in line. When I asked for guacamole, I was told it had to be put in a separate container, even though I’ve ordered it on my bowl many times before and was willing to pay for it. The interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unaccommodating. Customer service should be about listening and providing a consistent experience, and this visit did not meet that standard at all. The guy that was in the line behind me felt the same way and told the man I’m paying for my food that’s embarrassing. I hope management addresses this, because it created a negative experience not just for me, but for several customers in line.
