  I barely go to cava as much cause it’s far from my house. But when I do I always get horrible costumer service. They never listen and are always talking to other workers. First time I went the guy that was at the register was giving me an attitude and talking to other people when I was telling him what I wanted. Second time this girl was giving me an ugly face when i pointed what i wanted and completely ignored me . Bad experience there for sure they need to be nicer

  I’m not coming back here. Every time I come, the portions get smaller and smaller. The gentleman making my bowl must’ve thought he was making it for a 2 year old. I didn’t even finish my purchase. I was so disgusted that when he asked what toppings I wanted, I just said “Nevermind, the portions are way too small”, and left. As I was walking out, the gentleman that was right before me in line said “look what they just gave me for salmon” and said he couldn’t believe his portion either. It was beyond underwhelming, to say the least. I am vegan so I only get roasted vegetables. My portion was a scoop of romaine, a small slither of rice, and two small scoops of vegetables. Like what? No sir! Then want $12 for that?? Make it make sense. These meals/bowls are supposed to be for adults, not children. NEVER coming back. This place has gone downhill. They should just offer kids meals at this point because as an adult, this is most certainly not enough food for the money, and as I see in the reviews, EVERYONE is complaining. Do not come here if you are an adult and looking for a meal. The portion sizes are appetizers at best. Do better Cava

  I am new to the Cava world but I have greatly enjoyed having this location to close to work. I love the menu items and have been obsessed with the salad bowls I get and the pita chips are amazing. I want to also take a moment to recognize Eli for her exceptional customer service she was kind and attentive. I will be back.

  Worst Cava I’ve been to. Staff was unhappy and bothered by people wanting to order. The lemonades were watered down.l and gross. Food wasn’t bad but definitely find a different place to eat.

  For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been getting skimpier and skimpier bowls ordered online. I haven’t said anything and just tolerated it until today’s bowl. Wow, was it ridiculous, so I went back in with my order and only requested more rice since it was a rice bowl.Again, only RICE. I didn’t even get into the scarcity with them of the other ingredients that were supposed to be double portions because it was like pulling teeth. For instance, I had a total of 4 cucumbers for a DOUBLE portion!? 6 tomatoes, also supposed to be a double. 8 pieces of romaine lettuce, again, a double, and fiery broccoli, maybe a sprinkle. You get the idea..The so-called manager came out to talk to me about my request for more rice, which the girl at the counter couldn’t seem to handle for some reason. Instead of honoring my request, she starts giving me illogical reasons, such as lettuce is the reason for why the rice is being pushed toward the bottom, and it seems less. How are my 8 pieces of lettuce going to do THAT. It’s lettuce for crying out loud. I precede to tell her that I’ve never had such a skimpy bowl at Cava, and that I’m a very regular customer for years and that I know what my bowl is supposed to be. I get the same thing every time, but she still tries to argue and show my the container of how much rice they put in a rice bowl. My portion was maybe one of those containers, definitely not two. I just had to keep reiterating that I’ve had many many bowls over the years and that I’d like to get what I pay for. She reluctantly gave me a small container of rice. Good grief! Go through the line next time if you’re able because I’ve seen those bowls and they load them way over the bowl. But mostly, I’m aggravated that I had to plead my case for just a little rice. Come on, Cava, quit being so cheap. Most restaurants are more than happy to oblige without question. Maybe a little courtesy will save you from getting a bad review and less business. Just a thought.
