  When I went to get food today, I had some of the most hospitable people helping !Big shout out to Lily, Gianni,and Abri , I will definitely be coming back for the food and wonderful hospitality you three showed me!

  The girl that made my bowl and then ran the register seemed annoyed that she actually had to do her job. The dining area and drink area were not clean. A manager was having a meeting/ review with several employees right in the middle of the dining area for everyone to hear and during a dinner rush.

  I actually went for the first time and I had been nervous because there were a few bad reviews. Right off the bat there was this pretty young girl, avery or aubri and she was very kind she made recommendations for me to get steak bowl that she helped customize. The service was great and I realized that I will be coming in often. Another girl named eli I believe was working with aubri who was just as sweet and helped me to choose my toppings. Then aubri took it as far as to show me to the drinks and recommended the cucumber one. The food was perfect I got to sit and study and enjoy my bowl and I’m very impressed from the service I received.

  So, I just came in about an hour ago to grab some dinner. Two of the employees were having their conversation so I waited. A couple moments went on and a girl named Abri or however you spell that walks up. As she is putting on her gloves I ask for 2 bowls. At these places, it’s rude to assume that the customer has ever been there. It’s important to guide customers because people like me have only been there once and forgot how to order. She then says “do you want something in it, or just the bowl”in a condescending tone. Obviously I want something in the bowl I didn’t come here for a paper bowl. She then proceeded to grab more rice and pose in front of the guys making/grabbing the rice. I then left. This isn’t school. this is a business. Proper professionalism needs to be taught and taken seriously by employees. Customers are not your friends, and need to be provided with a degree of respect as they are paying YOUR paycheck. I loved the food the last time I came, now I won’t be returning until she is fired. Thank you for nothing! P.S. nothing wrong with the guys, everything wrong with her

  Came to Cava yesterday in Buford, GA and it was an absolute win! The atmosphere feels lively and welcoming the second you walk in, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Also, shoutout Cherise she was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Great vibes, great service, great food!
