  Whose idea was it to have the drive through facing the busy street? You have to shout your order and pray it turns out correct. And how many people are working during a Friday lunch? Not enough. Waited in line over 10 minutes. How hard is it for other fast food chains to execute consistently? Chick-fil-A CANNOT be the only one!

  I was severely disappointed in their service and their food. I bought the chicken salad sandwich which is supposed to be on honey wheat it was on rye bread, of which I have an allergy. No one asked me if I could eat rye if it was okay to swap the marble rye, nothing was communicated to me. The french fries were over salted and overcooked and cold.

  Save yourself the headache and just don’t go here. Drive thru took the order wrong and then blamed the customer for the incorrect item. Also missing fries and au ju for the French dip meal. Waited over 20 min for a drive thru order and had to drive back around for the mistake because orders always pull up in the FAST FOOD line here.
