  The cashier was less than outgoing. Arby's has also quietly downsized their drinks. A medium is what a small used to be. I will be eating Arby's less often due to their participation in shrinkflation.

  Sandwich is cold and looks old , never have I received a beef and cheddar that looked like this , avoid the food poisoning, go somewhere else .how did this place score a 98 on food survey. They need a re evaluation done immediately.

  My office is within 1 mile of this store. There have been several bad experiences here. I really like Arby's sandwiches but will not be going back to this store. It is a franchise store and they do not honor Arby's coupons. The employees at this store are rude, non responsive and act like they are mad I came in to spend money. Today, I walked in and no one was at the counter to take my order. I young man told me after several minutes someone would be there in a minute. I waited and no one came to take my order. Then a second young man comes up and starts joking around with the 1st young man. Still no one has taken my order. By the way the restaurant was empty and no one in the drive through. I finally gave up and left. I will drive to Oakwood if I ever want Arby's again.
