  Worst food ive had in a while. The cheesesteak was basically mashed together dog meat like stuff. Wasnt even close to what a cheesesteak sandwich should be. It was soaked into the bun the cheese was so runny and gross. Entire sandwich tasted like burnt sugar, not sure why exactly. Fries were not even curly fries, just mostly pieces of overly fried frys. The ham and swiss was tiny for the money and couldnt even tell the chese was on there it was so melted like the cheesesteak. They didnt even have the shake I wanted to get since the machine is broken, yet I get charged. I had to settle for a strawberry lemoade which all they did was squirt some strawberry stuff in the lemonade and didnt even stir it up. Ive not had Arbys in a while and dont really plan on ever coming back. Most fast food is like this though, so no surprise honestly. Certainly not paying way high prices for way nasty crap food anymore. Im of the mindset that America needs to boycott fast food at this point. Might as well go to a restaurant as much as it all cost now.

  I have eating at Arbys for years now and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed. What's going on I did not see smokehouse Brisket on the menu and when I asked for 3 pepper sauce she told me that they don't do that anymore. I had the ham and swiss which I found the ham to be very chewy, My dad had the cheesesteak which he said was the worst cheesesteak he has ever had.

  Went through the drive through and got a couple of blocks away then notice the friend's were old and the sandwich seemed lighter in meat than usual....

  This message is for the owner.. if you care about your business you should fire everyone that work here. Maybe pay better or hire people who are just a bit more educated. This place is a dump. Customer service os terrible. Either shut it down or fire everyone pretty much your only two choices. Can't be making money. Everyone knows its a dump.
