  7Brew is literally my favorite coffee shop of all! I've never had a bad experience. My order is perfect every single time and rain or shine, every single member of the staff is extremely kind with great customer service! What I love the most about them is their reward program & giveaways. Every 10 drinks gets you a free drink (any size/type) & you get double points on Tuesdays. They also do frequent giveaways of coozies, keychains, stickers, and super discounted coffees. I love 7Brew and all their brewistas!

  The drinks are great, the girls are sweet, and the line moves fast every time. I’d never had 7Brew before this location opened and it’s my new go-to spot before my overnight shifts. My server today, Hope, was super sweet and helped me get signed up for their rewards program too. They also have a nice first responder discount!

  My wife and I stopped by on a hot summer Friday evening to grab an iced coffee. I ordered the Brunette iced coffee, and while it was a bit sweeter than I expected, the staff was super nice. They were happy to remake it for me without any hesitation, and the new one was much more to my liking. Great customer service goes a long way, and they definitely earned a return visit. We’ll be back!

  I went to the Buford location and pulled in to order. One of the guys working there (wearing a brown crew neck with curly puffy hair) was just cussing all around the cars before came up to my window. This was a worker of 7brew and just pressed his body up on my car and stared at me without even saying anything. I had to initiate the conversation and once I did he had no clue what I was ordering and repeatedly said “what? What is that?” And I kindly told him what it was. He continued to say nothing and I had to carry the conversation. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. I spoke to another team member about him and she said she would tell her manager. This was by far the worst experience at 7brew. I am extremely disappointed in this encounter and I would recommend action be taken against this gentleman. His behavior was very rude not to mention the way he spoke to me and cussing around 7brew. How unprofessional as a business…

  I love 7 Brew, but whoever decided to put one in the middle of a Texas Roadhouse parking lot, right next to an already busy shopping mall area, might want to rethink that decision. Getting there is a hassle. I was rerouted through the Academy Sports parking lot, only to end up back on the main road and then hat to sit in traffic caused by the line at Texas Roadhouse before I could even get into the 7 Brew line. I genuinely enjoy 7Brew, the staff is always friendly, and the drinks are consistently good (even though I order the exact same thing every time). However, spending 15 minutes just trying to get in line to place an order was frustrating. I’ll definitely consider stopping at nearby places like Dunkin’ or Starbucks next time simply because they’re much easier to access. The employees and drinks are great; the location and traffic flow are the real issue.
