  I went there and got my usual drink. I noted was different because of the color I told them there was something missing. They agreed, and then they proceeded to give me a drink. A totally different color that was lighter than the last drink. Then, they remade the drink and gave me a lot of attitude and nasty remarks. When I asked him to remake it

  The Buford location is the spot to go, we became regulars just for the people alone, the drinks & energy are top tier. Zaria & Emily (the twinnems) are just so pleasant to encounter in the morning. Sophia provides the chill, calmness when taking your order. I could go on & on, but just know this place is that place.

  I would normally give this location 5 stars because everything is always delicious and the staff are always friendly… however, today 4/25 as we waited our turn in line, an employee approached our window and didn’t say hello, good morning, what would you like, not a word, he stood at our window just staring at us. This was at 8:20 this morning, he’s short with poofy hair and was wearing a long sleeve brown shirt. He obviously needs to brush up on his customer service skills.

  I am not the kind that usually leaves Google reviews because they just take way too long. However I decided to for this situation right here I stopped by in an afternoon since everybody is raving about how great their coffee is. When I asked for recommendations from the guy taking my order he was more distracted at what was happening in the front then on the questions I was asking him I asked two or three questions about which drinks had better flavors what would be good for someone who really likes a sweet coffee drink and he told me in Americano which is not accurate. I went ahead and got a cold brew because you can't really mess up a cold brew with cold foam and it tasted so watered down that it was not drinkable. I also ordered a matcha strawberry and as you can see from the picture it does not look like a matcha drink at all when I asked the girl she said oh yeah this is how they always look it's a match I said matcha is green and even if you add strawberries it should not be Brown I tasted it and I genuinely could not tell what I was drinking and I felt too embarrassed to even ask for a different drink because I was just ready to be done with this place. I will be sticking to Starbucks because at least it tastes like coffee and I'm not a Duncan girl but their options are a lot better than this place I'm sorry for my blunt review but to spend 12 dollars and end up with not drinkable drinks is kind of disappointing I will not be returning.
