  So my husband had picked us up some dinner bc I was still at work and I always get the chicken bowl remind you there’s no strawberries in it. I had a serve allergic reaction to this bowl. I ate this bowl throughout my entire pregnancy and after and never had a reaction like I did. The only way I have a reaction is through strawberries I am severely allergic to natural and artificial strawberries. They have this new strawberry drink that’s kinda popular I guess, the only way for me to have such a serve reaction is that either one the drink somehow splashed in my food or two they had drink splashed on them and then touched my food either way it was cross contamination and best believe I won’t be going back there again

  My husband took me here at 12am on Sunday May 10, 2026 for a queisadilla. We were assaulted by an employee who threw a soft drink into our vehicle because we wanted to speak to a manager who barely spoke English. Arriving in the drive through and trying to order we were told they only serve orders from door dash or online app. A policy not posted online or at the drive through before you get in line to spend over 20 minutes waiting to leave with no food. After the yound lady threw the drink, hitting my husband in the face, other staff was giving us the middle finger. Called the corporate office and never received a return call. We filed a police report and obtained attorneys to resolve this. Will never go to any Taco Bell.

  Went to this Taco Bell on Sunday May 10, 2026, Mother's Day. My wife wanted a quesidilla at 12am that morning. We arrived in the drive through and was told that they only serve you if you order through door dash or online app. This is not posted online or at the drive through and is not a company policy or practice. Unfortunately there is no exit once you get into the drive through. Spent 20 minutes to get to window, asked for a manager and was assaulted by a cup of green drink, lime-aid I assume, and other employees flipping us off because we wanted to speak to the manager who barely spoke English. My wife, my new truck and myself were covered with this drink we did not door dash nor online order. Mother's Day sucks at this Taco Bell as well as the service, staff and free drink that was never ordered. Tried contacting corporate who does not return calls about their criminal associates and think that customers don't pay their salaries. Police report has been made and attorneys have been obtained. Never going to any Taco Bell again.

  I know Taco Bell gets a bad rap but I think it’s pretty reliable… the food here was fine. Average. Taco was hot, fries were warm but had too much seasoning to be honest. However there were 2 main issues. 1. The entire restaurant smelled like a sewer. I’m not being dramatic. Like straight backed up sewage. 2. The wait for inside vs drive thru was ridiculous, unfair, and insulting. 20+ cars must have gone through while I was waiting for my 3 items. (Crunchy taco, nacho fries, side of rice and beans). At 10ish minutes they came and asked me the name on the order. At 18 minutes someone else came and asked me the name on the order… at 25 minutes with only ONE person getting their order so far inside (out of at least 10 people waiting) I said that it had been 25 minutes and could someone please tell me what’s going on with my order. Young guy who seemed new or maybe just lacking any sense of urgency, gave me attitude and said they’re working on it now. P.S. they didn’t put a fork in my bag. Not sure how they were expecting someone to eat rice and beans without it. I would just go to one of the other restaurants in the area…

  I’ve came to this location twice and they refused to take our order unless we did online or door dash their drive-through doesn’t allow you just pull off so you have to disturb the whole line and back out or wait until the other orders are completed. We set out the window for a good five minutes before they came over the speaker and then let us know that we cannot order. This is not the first I’m sure it won’t be the last.
