  The customer service was rude. Clearly talked to me like I was from mars. I’m elderly but not dead yet. I know all about customer service. I know how folks should be treated. I’m sorry I’m too old to train these new folks. But. The sandwich was good. The service was not. You’re not alone

  3.6.26 11:15 AM Stay away!!! This place is unbelievably dirty and unfriendly. Sandwich was ok, but only because I choose what looked like it had been stored properly. Most veggie bins were frozen, cucumber and tomato slices were translucent and wilted from being frozen. Spinach and shredded lettuce were brown. Table tops were delaminating, broken, and filthy. Service was awful. The attendant was rude and didn't want to be bothered with heating up chicken, "well our microwave is going to take 3-4 minutes". There were no other customers in line. Beverage station didn't seem to be working. I asked her if I was using it wrong. She never spoke, rolled her eyes, and then came out to unlock the switch that turns it on. A lot of people are looking for jobs. Many are looking for a meal in a clean and friendly place. Do better Subway!

  Food and service there sucks at Walmart subway. I think I might have gotten food poison. Spent almost $40 there and had to throw food away. Everything in case was frozen damn near. Could see ice on the bins the meat and veggies etc. go in. Lady was by her self on a Saturday. I felt for the lady but her attitude wasn't the greatest due to being alone and not able to take a break or anything.

  I ordered 7 subs and was charged for 10 subs didn't notice due to my kids arguing till the next day which was on last Thursday. Went in to speak to the manger and he took my name and number and was supposed to call me back on Monday due to the weekend. Waited all day for the call. So I decided to call them back at the store. The man told me he talked to his employees and looked at the cameras and said he didn't see an error. So I called the corporate number he gave me. I had to email the lady the receipt and my name and phone number. Which I did called her back to make sure she got the emails I sent. She said she received them. That was yesterday. She said she would get a hold of me today no answer when I call or a return call from the voice mail I left her. Which she was supposed to check the cameras as well. Heard nothing yet. I wouldn't care if it was 5 or even 10 dollars but we are talking about almost 30 dollar difference .I am not lying and I need to know how I can fix this situation. Its not right to rip off customers and not try to fix it.

  The young dark hair girl that works there is an idiot! Burned my daughter's pizza, my sub, and tried to ring me up before fixing my husband's sandwich! We were standing right next to each other. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Truly need more competent workers. Oh I should mention that the other lady working thought her lovey dovey phone call was much more important than helping customers. If they had never tags on I would be calling manager tomorrow!
