I’ve been sitting here waiting for HOURS for my food while employees move around like nobody knows what’s going on. No communication, no apology, no urgency whatsoever. If y’all are this backed up, maybe stop taking orders you clearly can’t handle. And to make it worse, nobody was wearing gloves or hair nets while handling the food. That’s honestly disgusting and completely unprofessional. Watching employees touch food with no proper hygiene standards made me lose my appetite completely. Customers deserve way better than this. Worst service and cleanliness I’ve seen in a long time.
