  Placed order at 11:33am. It is 12:07pm and still no food. Can't cancel because they assigned it as being made. A family of 6 that arrived 5 minutes after us got their food first. We are a family of 4. Multiple others arrived after us at the counter and got their food first. Do not come here if you are in a rush. A steak house delivers faster than this place. 12:10pm, we finally got our food. Fries looked and tasted like they were being cooked in old oil. Multiple new people that ordered right before we got our food are still sitting and waiting at 12:30pm when we finished our food. It was not busy when we arrived. As we left, the vehicle pick-ups were full, inside was also full (it wasn't when we arrived.) I checked the counter around 11:55am and saw our tray being prepared. It took my husband going up to the counter around 12:05pm for them to complete our meal. If we had continued to wait, we probably would not have gotten the food at that time. A working man walked out when he heard my husband inquire about the status of our meal that we ordered 35 minutes prior. We are on a road trip and don't visit this McDs regularly so take this review with a grain of salt but it appears to have multiple bad reviews.

  Very slow service. Drive thru is terrible. Its constantly making you wait even for a coffee! Waited approx 20 to get all my food, only to be missing items where I had to go inside to get.

  The sink in the women’s bathroom is broken. A female employee walked out of the stall and right back to work without washing her hands. I watched to see if she washed them on the floor but she didn’t. Went right back to work. The owners need to do work there!!

  I ordered from the kiosk and it did not print a receipt, which is fairly normal for this McDonald’s location. Second, the service is ALWAYS super slow. The girl at the counter asked me about my order, and then a manager came out and asked about my order, she couldn’t pull it up or find it. The cashier asked if she should ring it up again, and I told her I wasn’t going to pay for my order a second time as I had pulled up the transaction on my phone. Always really poor service; so dissatisfied.
