  The air conditioning is soooo cold that customers have to go to their cars to get their jackets. The food was good and fresh, but everyone wants to get out of the resturant because it is so uncomfortable. Would have liked to have gotten a coffee but wanted to escape the cold. The uncomfortable temperature would make e think twice about returning.

  Waited 30mins just to still get the wrong food even had 2 people come out and ask me wjat I ordered before they finally brought me anything. Then just dumped the fried all in the bag.

  After ordering online, we drove through the drivethru. It says at the window that they have hard of hearing or speaking assistance at that window. They said they couldn't help us when we showed them the code, two people who are respectively deaf and hard of hearing, and that we had to go inside. Chad Reagan ended up bringing out our food when we parked to order at another location. He helped us and was very nice, but the staff at the window was inconsiderate and rude. The fries were unsalted and the drinks were flavorless, the burger was decent.

  Always an issue when I go here. I'm always missing condiments or items. And even if I wait for 5-10 minutes my food is never fresh.

  French fries were cold. I used to love McDonald's but now my fish sandwich was horrible. Plus I asked for no cheese. They put cheese on it it was over done, and I guess you are trying to save on the sauce, I may have gotten all most a teaspoon. The last 3 times I have eaten the food, fries cold, cheese twice when I said no cheese, and barely no tater sauce.
