    Where do I even begin? This was one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I've ever had. I placed a delivery order, and I live only about six minutes from the store. The driver called me twice, and during both calls I gave clear directions and multiple landmarks to help him find my house. At one point he claimed he was at a gray house, even though there aren't any gray houses in my neighborhood. Every house in the area is brick. It was obvious he wasn't where he said he was. I work from home and was in the middle of meeting with a student. I couldn't stay on the phone indefinitely trying to navigate a driver through a residential neighborhood that is only six minutes from the store and should have been easy to find using GPS. Speaking with him twice should have been more than enough. What made the experience even worse was the response from the store. When I called, the employee who answered was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, I was blamed because the driver had supposedly called seven times. Why should I have to spend my workday acting as a GPS for a driver delivering food from a store that is only six minutes away? I had already answered twice and provided detailed directions. When I filed a complaint with the store, there was still no apology. I was simply told that the driver had to work too. So do I. I was working with a student and couldn't continue taking repeated calls because the driver couldn't locate a nearby residential address. Because this location is a franchise, I also contacted Domino's corporate to file a formal complaint about both the delivery experience and the way I was treated by the store staff. Customers should not have to chase down a driver, be blamed for a failed delivery, and then be met with rudeness instead of accountability. Customer service starts with accountability. If a driver can't follow GPS or basic directions, that's a training issue. If a customer calls with a legitimate complaint, they should be met with professionalism, not attitude and blame. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Hire drivers who can navigate local deliveries and employees who know how to treat customers with respect. Until that happens, I won't be ordering from this location again.

    They STOLE my money. They ran my card 10 times & called me 2 hrs later saying that the payment failed. I showed them that it didn’t, begged me to pay again & said that the previous charge would fall off. The next morning BOTH charges cleared. Manager was sooo rude, wouldn’t refund my money or make another pizza to accommodate me. Told me to dispute all charges if I can. I also filed a police report as well. All this over 1 medium pizza that was burnt up anyway. I will NEVER return unless it’s with the police.

    I have had the most INCREDIBLE experience here. First of all, I went in to pick up my online order. What do I see? A woman with tongs placing and moving pepperonis on a pizza (not my order) so that they were perfectly and evenly spaced apart. I interrupted her concentration to ask “Are.. you making the pizza…. pretty?” She grinned and we all laughed and she confirmed my suspicion. She said, and I quote, “People eat with their eyes first!”. The three of us, me, pepperoni lady (manager), and her coworker, laughed and conversed of how funny human beings are, and I commended her for her caring and being such an incredible employee. THEN. Y’ALL. I walked back to my car with my pizza. I realized that I had locked myself out of my car, and my car contained my phone, wallet, purse, vape, the whole nine. I went right back into the Domino’s and one of the women said she always locked herself out of her car, and to ask for the black gentleman who works for the O’Reilley’s in the same shopping plaza. So I did - our black gentleman wasn’t working today, but they gave me a break-in kit. I went back to the Domino’s. And lo and behold, the woman who suggested this solution BROKEN INTO MY CAR SUCCESSFULLY. SHE SAVED ME $500 FROM MY OWN STUPIDITY. AND HER MANAGER WAS FIXING THE PEPPERONIS PERFECTLY BECAUSE SHE C A R E S. I CANNOT STATE ENOUGH HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS DOMINOS AND ITS WORKERS. THANK YOU BOTH ENDLESSLY FOR BEING GOOD PEOPLE AND LOVING NEIGHBORS.
