  The chips seem to have no quality control as they just filled the bag full of crushed tortilla chips and enough salt to de-ice a parking lot next winter (see photos). They also did away with Blackberry Izze with the twist off lids and added other bottled drinks (Jarritos) that require a bottle opener. Bottle openers really! Useless when you get back to your hotel and can't open the $4 drink because who travels with a bottle opener! Chipotle's upper management doesn't have a clue. Now if I want Chipotle I need to pick up a twist top bottled at a convenience store or find a TSA approved cheap bottle opener to carry with me. I book my hotels around Chipotle (first) and Cracker Barrel (second) locations. Now it looks like Cracker Barrel may be moving on up.

  Food wasn’t cooked all the way, tasted strange, put each food items in individual containers, and I’m pretty sure the staff was lying when they said the steak quesadillas don’t have steak. There was only one nice, reasonable employee who remade my quesadillas when the cheese wasn’t cooked at all.

  If you’re looking to hit your daily sodium intake just by walking in the door, this is the place. The chips tasted like they took a swim in the Dead Sea, and somehow the rest of our meals were even saltier. We couldn’t even finish our food because every bite felt like a salt lick. On the bright side, we won’t need electrolytes for a week!

  I come here all the time, recently I have started ordering inside because online orders get portions skipped and wrong items added… tell me why it was 8:30 and they’re out of everything and they don’t tell you while your inline they wait until you’ve waited and I asked “oh we will wait how long for more pinto beans and queso” and the tall young man with longer blonde hair dude you really just shrugged your shoulders and said you didn’t know?…. The older short dark haired lady next to him was even more miserable looking felt exactly like I was in a prison food line I kid you not. It’s Tuesday night it’s not even busy. Management pleaseeeee get ahold of your store.

  I was hesitant to stop at this location on the road because of the bad reviews but out of all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to this was the best experience I’ve had. The people on staff today were super friendly and understanding of my allergies and took them seriously. I didn’t catch his name but the guy working the register was really funny and was managing things professionally within the store. Thank you so much and keep up the awesome work:)
