  I will happily say that since the new manager has taken over this location the service, food and staff are much better than previous months. We love ashley she is always super nice and leaves us the sweetest notes in our online order bag. The manager made good of my complaint on a seed in my bowl which made me happy. I will continue being a frequent customer. Thank you for amazing staff and great service Lisa Jo US Army veteran military police veteran GOD bless

  Was rude asked if we was going drive him around in our lamborghini cause we spent $36 for two people to eat...does it realy matter?

  I had to leave a review after what I witnessed today. While I was waiting in line, the family ahead of me informed the staff that their son had a dairy allergy. From that moment on, the entire team sprang into action like a highly trained emergency response unit. Serving utensils were immediately replaced, every surface that may have come into contact with dairy was thoroughly sanitized, and the preparation area was reset with remarkable precision. The level of coordination was honestly impressive—it looked like they had rehearsed for this exact moment. I’m pretty sure if a single shred of cheese had even thought about crossing the line, it would’ve been escorted off the premises.

  Picked up a DoorDash and told them the name multiple times. Showed them my screen as well and there was a huge issue with it. She kept saying “you need to confirm” and would not let go of the bag. I had confirmed it multiple times and they just kept saying confirm as if their life depended on it and I was confused. Then she started yelling at me saying if you don’t want to pick it up then don’t pick it up.” I said I’ve never been asked that and she raised her voice even more saying “I DONT CARE IM THE BOSS.” Ok…? Calm down. Stay away I guess.

  Chipotle looked like it just got robbed. Or was closing any second. But it wasn't.. and didn't close for another 2 hours. No cooked meat but scraps in bottom of trays and a quarter full of some basic chicken. No cooked veggies. No lettuce to speak of but the bits floating in water in the bottom of the trays. No white or brown rice, just dried rice stuck to the bottom of the trays, No guac, there was some cheese! Grills not running, no one cooking, nothing in process. 5? staff members moving around, one dude cleaning one serving... Nothing else going on, place dirty as hell. What the heck... I waitied in the small line, saw that shit and walked out. Never seen a run down chipotle before, and this was crazy.
