  We were in the drive thru lane and some patient wait staff was wayyyyyyyy too kind to a group of people in a car that apparently had never been to a Chick-fil-A before, showing them the menu more three times at each window while we were 6 cars behind. We decided to go around and would have gone inside but that part was closed. When we exited the lot, they were STILL HELPING THE SAME CAR!!

  This was the most atrocious and pitiful chick fil-A i’ve ever seen. Me and my family are traveling, when we showed up everything was normal until we ordered. We all ordered 70 grilled nuggets and a grilled chicken club. As our food came out 30 of the grilled nuggets were deep fried and battered and the grilled chicken club was somehow turned into a 8 piece nugget breaded. When we went to have it fixed we asked for the nuggets to be grilled and the club sandwich we got a plain grilled chicken breast with two bread and our rightful nuggets. We asked if we could get the lettuce and bacon on our CLUB and they told us to get in line and wait to order another one. Note this was another 45 minute wait so our whole family had to indulge in cold food. I will not eat here again.

  We’ve given this Chick-fil-a location multiple chances, but I don’t think we’ll be back. I always place a mobile order and end up waiting forever in line. This morning we not only had to wait a good bit, but after we drove off we realized they completely forgot to include the large hash browns we ordered. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was also so messy and falling apart he couldn’t eat it. The employees have always been kind, but the service could be better.

  SLOW, SLOW,SLOW.....Why?!?! All they make is chicken. The food is constantly being cooked in the back and should be ready to go. Why does it take this location SO LONG to put the food in a bag? Seriously, this food isn't cooked to order or individualized somehow. The wait times at this location are typically over 45 minutes. I can eat a sit down dinner at Longhorns across the street in that amount of time. Corporate needs to get down here and speed this nonsense up

  Wow! Im a chick-fil-a girl and visit approximately 12+ times a month but this one is hands down the worse one I have ever been to. I went inside and placed an order for take out at 10:38, 12 pc nugget meal. I received my order at 10:59. When i was handed my food i didn't get a sorry for the wait or a thank you. In my many years of going to chick-fil-a never have i waited this long for anything I ordered. The man that ordered behind me asked for his money back, he got tired of waiting. Poor management. Corporate needs to step in and get this one under control. Luckily I won't be going to this one again since I was traveling. Terrible experience
