- KCK CSep 30, 20261.0I am am platinum whatever member and spend $ at CFA and genuinely will never visit this CFA again. It’s no secret that the curbside pick up orders take 9000 years but today I placed one for 2 drinks. No food. I did a curbside order from the parking lot understanding it would take longer since I just placed it. Waiting well over 15 minutes outside I come in to the mobile pick up counter.. Stood there for several minutes and was finally greeted. Drinks sitting there for who knows how long. Overhear employee say “Yeah some of these drinks have been sitting here a while” This is a pattern of poor service across 6+ months. I have yet to have a good experience at this location and am done giving it chances. This is the 4th bad experience I have had here and I will drive out of my way to go to any other location moving forward. 35+ minutes in total for 2 drinks, no food.

Terrible customer service, all customers who wait should get a gift card.

Nearly every order seems to have something missing or incorrect. Sometimes it’s something as small as the crispy peppers, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes a pattern rather than a simple mistake. As someone who visits this location regularly and spends my money here consistently, I expect better attention to detail. I shouldn’t have to check every bag before leaving to make sure I received everything I ordered and paid for. I enjoy Chick-fil-A, which is why I continue coming back, but this Brookhaven location needs to do better. Consistency and accuracy are part of good customer service, and lately, this location has been falling short.
- KMKatherine MitchellSep 5, 20263.0I don’t know why the company decided to put a restaurant at this location. It’s a pain to park and exit. Curbside and carry-out are incredibly slow. You’re better off just ordering from the counter when you get there. The staff are typically always friendly. They have their moments, but who doesn’t? They’re probably just as fed up with the setup as everyone else. They’ve never been rude, just not very “Chick-fil-A” warm on the occasion. As for the food, it is always cooked well and the fries are perfectly salted. My issue is the size of the chicken. Every time I go here, I am surprised at how small the chicken filets are, especially on the biscuits. I’ve lived by this location for close to four years and this is a consistent problem. It seems to just be this location, as I never have this experience at others. Maybe it’s the way they’re trimming the filets? I’m not sure. A lack of drive-thru doesn’t have to be bad. There are plenty throughout the city that are efficient without them, and at times are even faster. The whole setup here is just a mess. I would go to another location, but it’s the only one nearby. Maybe the parking lot needs to be reconfigured. I understand it’s also difficult when you share a parking lot with several other businesses. The interior of the place is spotless and is constantly being cleaned. I hope the company takes some of this feedback and improves this location.
