  DONT DO CURBSIDE OLDERS IF YOU WANNA WAIT 25min+ I JUST OLDER A FRIE WITH A DRINK AND IT TOOK SO LONG TO COME OUT, AND WHEN THE GIRL CAME OUT TO GIVE ME MY FOOD, SHE HAD A ATTITUDE, BUT I DIDNT CARE CUZ IT WAS PROBABLY RUSH TIME.

  I like to go to this restaurant location because it is near the place I get my spray tan. Even though there isn’t a drive-thru, I typically use the curbside feature to have them bring it to my car. I placed an order tonight for curbside, paid for it, parked and immediately received a message that I was “unable to check in” at this location. I called them, they told me that they didn’t see my order in the system, and they instructed me to come inside. I inwardly groaned. I wasn’t wearing a bra. Just a tshirt and pants because I was about to get a spray tan. It’s a busy location. I didn’t want to walk inside with my girls bouncing unsupported to reorder my food, but that’s what I had to do. No alternative was offered to me. I showed them my order receipt on my phone. The manager held my phone to put the order in directly. When my order came out, they got my sauces wrong. I ordered one chick-fil-a, one polynesian, one buffalo, and one sweet sriracha. Instead they gave me two polynesian sauces and two sriracha sauces. I waited at the counter to trade in two of my sauces for the other two I ordered but didn’t receive. When the manager came back and I told him that I wanted buffalo and Chick-fil-A sauce, he said “oh, did you change your mind?” I told him no. That they got the order wrong. Please do not offer curbside at this location if the app glitches out after customers pay forcing them to come inside. If for some reason it does glitch out, please have employees take the order over the phone and still come bring it out curbside. I was thankfully in a position where I could come inside (even though I was embarrassed to). But plenty of people use curbside at this location because they have kids or pets in the car. I felt like this situation could’ve been handled more professionally. I felt like a bother. I was blamed for them getting the sauces wrong. This isn’t the behavior I expect from Chick-fil-A employees, and I will no longer be going to this location (even though it is convenient for me to).

  The service is terrible, especially from the bald man. I’m not sure if he’s the manager of this place, but with his arrogant attitude you can clearly see there’s a line and he still doesn’t attend to anyone. He also doesn’t deliver the orders in the order they were placed.
