  The sign says they close at 4 AM on Mon/Tue. Today is May 12th, and it's 3:15 AM. I came for a DoorDash order, and the manager told me they were closed and wouldn't open until 4:15 AM. This ruined my DoorDash order because they wanted to close early. Very unprofessional. I work in food as my main job. This is pure laziness.

  Went through drive through. The worker handling the money was very nice. But when I got to the second window, the worker wasn't so nice. She got aggravated with me because she was handing me the wrong drink order and I told her that wasn't my order. She was actually very rude to me. But, the food was great! McDonalds, not just this one, has really gotten to where the custome service isn't great at all. Needs work, desperately in that area. To whoever cooked the food, another Great job!

  Can't even put lettuce on mcchicken or count to 10 do better only had 2-3 cars in drive through no excuse

  I had ordered the new sprite berry blast on the mobile app. It’s supposed to be blue right? The girl at the window argued with me about it and said that it is correct that it just changes to that color. I truly hate this McDonalds, I knew she was lying to me, I know what this drink is supposed to look like I just said screw it and told her okay and left. It’s 100% the blackberry one that I didn’t order, this location needs to do better. The girl who gave me my receipt didn’t acknowledge me at all either when I told her thank you. I work in fast food, good service truly isn’t hard when the people who work there actually cares.

  I had a mobile order for pickup, went through the drive through and was told through the speaker my order can not be filled after I had already paid and confirmed the address was correct. As soon as I found out the order could not be found the cashier was very rude to me and we were having trouble speaking through the speaker. I asked if I could go up to the window to discuss the matter and was cut off rudely. I made my way to the window and asked the nice lady at the window how I could fix the problem, if I needed to cancel my order and just place a new one at the speaker. And (who I assume was the manager) interrupted while I was talking with the lady at the window yelling at me that they cant do anything about my order but did not take the time to listen to what I was asking. I had planned on circling back around to place another order and cancel the current one but after that encounter, I found it to be very unsettling and unprofessional.
