Recently stopped in for my birthday dinner and our server Michele was wonderful! She had a little goody bag of treats for my kiddos and always made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering and leaving & let the girls grab a prize from the treasure box also. Food was always delicious as well! We will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Outback! Michelle was our waitress, and she was incredibly kind, pleasant, and attentive throughout our meal. She made us feel welcome and even took the time to include the kids in the conversation, which made the experience extra special. Her warm personality and excellent service truly stood out. Thank you, Michelle we will definitely be back! What a difference from our previous visit.

Few issues here…. 1. The parking is atrocious. The parking lot is one of the smallest for a sit down dinner place I’ve ever seen. My party had to park at the dentist across the street and walk across a street with my toddler dodging cars. 2. Really loud inside. It’s pretty much a big hollow glass box so all the noise just bounces around and it really hard to talk to anyone. Plus the music was too loud. 3. Took over an hour from ordering until the food came out. 4. Multiple orders were incorrect. I ordered the Kookabura wings and was brought lemon pepper. Cooks on most of the steaks in my party were not correct. 5. Our waiter was really bad. We asked for multiple items that just never came. The waiter waited till the end to split the check and it was just a mess. It took 30 minutes just to pay and leave. Our waiter didn’t bring our food out a food runner did and we never saw our waiter from before our food was delivered until we were able to track him down to input the checks in the table tablets so we could pay. With all the options in the braselton area, if you have more than 4 people in your party, this place probably isn’t for you. If anything, your best bet may be just to grab a seat at the bar. Also they were out of their specialty drink with the little shark ☹️☹️.

Disappointing Birthday Experience Today, I took my mother out to celebrate her birthday. When making the waiting list online, I specifically indicated that we were celebrating a birthday. When we arrived, everything seemed fine. The food was good, and the service appeared normal until it was time for dessert. Our server asked if we wanted dessert, and I quietly mentioned to her that it was my mother's birthday. She nodded and walked away. More than five minutes passed before she returned. When she finally came back, she brought a melting scoop of ice cream, said "Happy Birthday," and immediately walked away. The main reason I chose this restaurant is because I had celebrated special occasions at other locations before. In my previous experiences, several servers, and sometimes even kitchen staff, would come out to sing "Happy Birthday" or perform a short birthday song for the guest. None of that happened during our visit. At first, I assumed this particular location simply did things differently. However, a less than two minutes later, we watched the entire staff walk over to a table just a few tables away from ours and enthusiastically sing Happy Birthday to another guest. As I was preparing to leave, I asked our server why nobody had come to our table. Her response was that no one had been available. She then asked if the issue was that we wanted the birthday song and suggested that we sit back down so they could sing to us "if that's what I wanted." I was surprised by that response but tried to be understanding. My mother had already eaten her ice cream, and although we felt disappointed by the experience, I initially tried to convince myself that perhaps it was just an unfortunate situation. However, when I reached my car, I saw the staff once again singing Happy Birthday to another table. At that point, it became clear that there were employees available; they simply chose not to come to our table. I was extremely upset and called the restaurant to speak with the manager. After being placed on hold for nearly ten minutes, I was transferred to the hiring manager. He apologized and offered to pay for her next meal or send a gift card, as though that would erase disappointment we experienced. I would like to believe this was simply a lack of proper employee training. While we were waiting, I could clearly see our server in the kitchen talking and laughing with coworkers, despite later claiming that everyone was too busy. What a disappointing experience. We went there to celebrate a special occasion and left feeling ignored, and deeply disappointed.
