When we arrived we asked for a large corner booth. We were sat in a small booth next to the kitchen. My husband asked to be sat in the large corner booth, the hostess replied "We don't have anyone working in that area." Even though every server walked by the large corner booth table. We ordered our drinks and food. The appetizer came out after our salads arrived. I ordered a meal to-go. It did not come with the salad or the dessert. This was not a pleasant experience.

Our server, Michelle F was absolutely FANTASTIC! Michelle was polite, helpful, and she genuinely cared about our experience. Our two stars is only for the food because this was the second time ordering a bone in steak, mid rare and it came out medium to mid well (closer to the bone). Our kids sirloin came out perfect mid rare, which was great for them. We did let Michelle know about the temperature of the steak, and she took care of us the best way she could. I would absolutely come back for Michelle, but hesitant to come back for the steak.

The food was outstanding! Despite being Mother's Day it was pretty quick, too. If you can believe it, the food being great was second to how phenomenal the service was. The manager was pleasant to speak to and our server, Michelle, was top freakin' tier! I've never had such good service, even before COVID. In a post COVID world I just assumed we'd never see friendly and professional service again, boy was I wrong. The Outback Steakhouse in Brasselton experience has to be the finest the chain has to offer in Georgia, if not the country.
Thank you staff of Outback Steakhouse in Brasselton! Y'all are the best. Thanks for making this Mother's Day Dinner the best possible.

I'm just at a loss for words for a steak place. Let's start with the app, the trip was dripping with grease. Every bite was greasy, the fries were soggy from the grease, and the fried onion looked like it was cooked on month old grease.
The wedge salad was great and so was the Mac and cheese.
The chimichurri steak, was far from a chimichurri style flank steak. The chimichurri looked like someone through and asparagus in a blender to chop it up. Did not look even close to parsley, no sign of garlic or cilantro, and then just dropped in oil. My family is from Argentina, so I have had chimichurri from several places that was made correctly. I don't know if they were short on ingredients or they just don't know what they're doing but I can't imagine a place like outback putting this on your menu and it coming out like that.
The Del Monico, was embarrassing. Not sure if it was a bad cut, 80% of the steak was fat and ligaments. Server said "that's the way it comes". The only thing that melted was my hopes for a great meal.
And lastly the pricing was ridiculous!
We won't be back, usually a second chance for first impressions, but the food and pricing was just a complete insult. I can tell this is a common issue at your place as it was 7 p.m. and only had 5 tables sat.
Best of luck!

My fiance and I came in on Wednesday night at around 7. Our server, Alyssa, was amazing but everything to do with the kitchen was a mess. We both ordered wedge salads, mine looked like the chopped the head into 8ths instead of 4th. I got maybe 4 bites out of the whole thing. They also forgot my extra dressing and I had to flag down our server to get it for us. When food came out, my steak was med. Rare instead of med. And my fiance ordered a ribeye but got a new York strip. He sent it back only for them to send out a RAW ribeye (he ordered med. Rare). He sent it back, they threw the steak back in the pan and returned it raw again. We sent it back for the third time, then it came out completely over done (Dry as hell well) and missing a huge chunk of meat (like 1/5th of the steak was gone). He ended up eating it because we had spent 45 min at that point waiting then sending it back repeatedly. Our server comped his meal luckily but we won't be back. Especially since our last experience was also poor.
