Store has lots of seating, there were 2 kiosks that I can place orders without talking to cashier. Process was simple and straightforward. Food came out quick. Trash can was full but all areas seemed clean and everything was in stock. Employees were all quiet but all looked busy working. Customer service was great as well.

I have visited other Five Guy’s locations at the Gwinnett Exchange, Peachtree Commons and etc. The burgers were always juicy and the fries are always seasoned perfectly. This location on Braselton Hwy, was dirty and the service was below par. Cashier never asked me for my name to add to ticket order, like other locations. When you stop doing simple process like simple asking for your customer name. What other process are being skipped or completed ignored?

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
