Stopped by this location couple weeks back with my sister (but forgot to write a review lol)
We usually love the Five Guys cheeseburger from Toronto but the one here in GA was exceptionally good... Also can't forget to mention, the customer service from the asian waitress lady was lovely. Don't know her name but she was super kind and accommodating when I forgot to order my drink. Great experience! Highly recommend (random but I also like the infrastructure.. it's new but looks nostalgic).

So happy they opened up in this area 🥹 I just picked up my burger & cannot be happier.
Store has lots of seating, there were 2 kiosks that I can place orders without talking to cashier. Process was simple and straightforward. Food came out quick.
Trash can was full but all areas seemed clean and everything was in stock.
Employees were all quiet but all looked busy working. Customer service was great as well.

I spent $25.09 for a dry out double patty, bacon cheeseburger, fries over seasoned and a Dr. Pepper. The drink was the best part of my meal. Not what I am use to. I have visited other Five Guy’s locations at the Gwinnett Exchange, Peachtree Commons and etc. The burgers were always juicy and the fries are always seasoned perfectly. This location on Braselton Hwy, was dirty and the service was below par. Cashier never asked me for my name to add to ticket order, like other locations. When you stop doing simple process like simple asking for your customer name. What other process are being skipped or completed ignored?
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
