  Everytime I visit this location, the food is always cold and the employees seem like they don’t really want to interact. I really wanna like this place bc it’s so close to my home and job but I can’t get over the bad experiences

  First of all, I am a huge fan of chipotle and have been since they opened stores in Georgia. I don't usually get fast food, but I make an exception for chipotle, because their food is so fresh and they make it in front of you.If you order inside. Almost every Chipotle I've ever been in. It's courteous and quick to get your order ready. And rarely have I ever had a mistake on any of my orders. All of this was true until they opened the branch in Braselton. I am sure other stores have had issues, but this store has chronic issues. I always make mobile orders so that I can just walk in and pick it up. I am guessing that I have probably ordered from the Braselton Chipotle, probably 25 or more times. On only 2 of my visits, where I placed a mobile order was my order correct.And had plastic wear and napkins included. I have filed several complaints about their service and general attitude towards customers. I always leave a tip even when my order was messed up and I did not have plastic utensils. I always leave a 20% tip on my order. Because they have such good food. From this point forward, I will refrain from leaving a tip on a mobile order.At the Braselton location. They only had one other fast food mexican restaurant to compete with and that was Moe's. Moe's closed. You literally have no more competition in the fast food. Industry, and yet, you still can't seem to get things right. I don't know the manager's name, but he is the only one that has even been remotely courteous to me when I go in and pick up an order. He is a white male with a salt and pepper beard. On the 2 occasions that I actually got my order right and had utensils in my bag with napkins. He was handling mobile orders. If there was another option within reason close to where I live.I would go there and stop using this chipotle altogether. Unfortunately for me, I will just have to keep eating the food from this location.But again, there will be no tip that will be left.

  When this location first opened I tried it a couple times and felt that the food did not taste as fresh as any another Chipotles I usually go to, so I didn’t go for a couple months. Recently, I have given it another shot and the last couple times I have gone it’s been so much better! I’ve done both DoorDash and dine in and everything has been perfect. They have definitely upped their game.

  My first time at this particular location. The food, service and atmosphere is great. The restaurant is clean, and I was in and out in a jiffy.
