  Extremely disappointing experience. We walked in and were not greeted or welcomed at all (Skinny guy & short hispanic girl) . The employees looked at each other with annoyed expressions, and the customer service was terrible from the beginning. The portions were ridiculously small—when we ordered a small bag of chips, it looked like there were maybe 10 chips inside. They were also completely out of chicken even though the store still had more than two hours before closing. We asked an employee to heat up the side tortilla, and with a very disrespectful attitude, he responded, “I am.” He wrapped the tortilla in aluminum foil first and then heated it. I have never seen a Chipotle employee prepare it that way. We will not be returning. Please hire employees who enjoy their jobs, greet customers properly, and care about the service and food they provide.

  I place an online order. You literal pick what is in your bowl. I get my bowl, drive away and when I opened it, it was not even close to what I ordered. Someone, I will just deal with it but the chicken was cold. Not sure how that even happens but I travel all over the U.S. and this had to been one of my worst experiences at a Chipotle. Should have read the revises.

  This Chipotle is getting better, although the portion sizes are still a little inconsistent. When the older gentleman is working, things run much more smoothly, especially with the younger employees serving the food. His presence and leadership make a noticeable difference.

  The staff attitude is a joke and the food portion sizes are abysmal. Do not order to go from here as they will cheap you out on portion sizes. I would not recommend and I'm very disappointed with this restaurant. I would honestly say it's better to drive an additional 20 minutes to go to the beford location or Flowery Branch location.

  The portion size of my bowl should not vary depending on the location I visit and unfortunately, that is the reality with this location. This is the closest Chipotle to me and I'm disappointed every single time I visit. It's one specific young lady who intentionally gives an unrealistic amount of protein to then try and charge for "double meat". She is the only one who does this at this location and it's beyond frustrating. There was a video from the CEO of chipotle stating he encourages his stores to put as much protein and maybe this location missed the memo. I highly suggest a training to this young lady and to stop acting as if the amounts of food is coming directly from her paycheck. It's quite literally an insult especially when making a bowl for an adult, and me particularly who is 6 months pregnant.
