Extremely pissed, I ordered a Cobb salad and told the girl who took my order I’m allergic to dairy. No cheese please. She had already sent my order when I had asked for grilled instead. Totally fine and she was real sweet and said I can order at the front. I drive up I tell them again my order tell them no cheese. It’s my lunch time and I can’t eat because they messed up my order with what I SPECIFICALLY said I can’t have. Literally 3 chances to fix it, not paying attention!! Hopefully no one gets sick from this lack of attention. 😭☹️

Decided to try the new 53 location. it was just after 7pm, and a steady line of customers in the drive thru lanes. was greeted promptly, order taken, and after a brief wait, dinner in a bag, ready to go. will come back with the g kids later to try out the play area inside. looks like another great chick fila location! and a safer option, for now, than wild and crazy 211.

I have a special needs son who loves and has to have Chick-fil-A every day. We have gone to many locations in the area and this location is closer to us. However, as I read from other comments, they still have not figured out the mobile thru line since opening. Today I scanned the barcode and was the only car in the mobile thru when I pulled up. I watched 7 cars in the main line go through (many ordered after I scanned) and get their food while my kids meal and two regular sandwiches took 12 minutes from the time I scan to get out to me (again, no other cars in the mobile thru). There has been many times at this location I have seen cars order their food in the regular line after I have entered the mobile thru line get their food first. No problem with the food or service, but need to figure it out.

VETERANS NOT WELCOME! I went through the drive through and asked if they had a military discount. The worker told me they didn’t, so I went ahead and pulled around to get my food. I was waiting at the door for my food to come out, and I spotted the manager (it was on her name tag). I asked her why they didn’t offer a military discount. She said it depends on the military people in the area, and I said that about every 5th tag you see around here is a veteran plate. It’s not that I expect “every” business to offer a military discount, but historically I’ve always know Chick-fil-A to do so. They are supposedly a Christian, patriotic company. Even at the mall of Georgia Chick-fil-A where there aren’t a lot of military folks, they give 50% to show appreciation. The one in Dahlonega gives 10% because it’s right next to UNG’s Corps of Cadets. She tried to argue with me about military people in the area and then said what I believe to be the truth which is that the operator has decided not to give one. Given how many military people are in this area, I wanted to let everyone know that they don’t want our business. Additionally, I ordered 40$ worth of food and my 30 count nuggets were drastically over done. I feel like I got the reject nuggets, and they weren’t even warm. I wanted to let all military supporters know to avoid this one until they change.
