- BHBrandi Hyatt2 days ago1.0We ordered 2 drinks and our total was $2.12 and we gave them $20.12 and then the guy told another guy to handle it and the other guy said it was 2.14 so we gave them .5 more cents and they gave us back only $17.50 They didn’t make any sense and they were rude in the service was poor
- ABAdam Butson3 days ago1.0Today was my fifth and last time at this Bojangles. Of the five times I’ve been I’ve had to wait 20 minutes every single time for food and it’s always not fresh. This is the only Bojangles I have this problem. Today the automated drive-through voice told me that it was going to be a 20 minute wait for bone in chicken even though all I ordered was a sausage biscuit…. Then when I got to the window, she told me it was going to be 20 minutes for biscuits. Disgrace to the Bojangles name in my opinion. Fire the staff and start over or just shut it down.

The workers all seem to be high out of their mind, and have no idea what’s going on. I also really go for the fries. But lately, my fries have had absolutely zero seasoning whatsoever. I’m not paying $17 for a meal when half the time they get it wrong, and my fries aren’t seasoned.
