When I came in and asked for a refund I was told I needed to come back tomorrow when a manager is available. I wish I'd been advised before my card was swiped.

First we ordered a vanilla waffle cone with sprinkles but got told they didn’t have waffle cones when we got the cone it had no sprinkles, then ordered a hot fudge sunday and the girl told us the fudge wasn’t hot but room temperature at best, we then tried to order a banana spilt that was clearly on the menu and the girl told us they didn’t have them on the menu, so we tried to order a cookies and cream shake just to be told they don’t have cookies and cream and they can’t make shakes, so we tried to order a scoop of chocolate to be told they don’t have chocolate icecream. I mean what icecream place doesn’t have chocolate icecream. Then getting our vanilla icecream they didn’t even taste like vanilla. The server was rude and short.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
