  Walked in & was greeted by no one. Saw the kiosks at the counter & realized I was going to get zero customer service. What's next? Am I gonna have to make it myself? If Taco Bell is using kiosks as a deterant from dining in then they have succeeded. Will not be back!

  Whomever Dez is needs crazy accolades. I walked in literally angry as hell. Cursing and pressed. Almost yelling and he maintained his composure and discipline throughout my entire rage. Don't ask me how bc I definitely would've lashed out at someone approaching me with that energy. I actually left with a smile. ☺️ Somebody better reward this guy bc I could've shut that ENTIRE Taco Bell down. He is the epitome of good customer service skills!!!! He specifically is why I will continue to eat at this Taco Bell!!! 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞

  So I walked in to try and see if they still had the ice cream taco thing and I didn't even get a chance to ask I know they are supposed to make people pay on a kiosks thing but they blatantly ignored me. some people made eye contact but still ignored me. I eventually had to walk out it took 15 minutes of me just standing there. And I know taco bell gets busy at night but there were like 2 tacos spilled on the ground.

  Te sirven una tortita tan gruesa que casi te ahogas con ella. Con arroz. La carne hay que buscarla y la lechuga está mustia. Patatas fritas tibias y blandas. ¿Quieres té helado? Si no lo han repuesto, solo te echan agua en el vaso. Y si te quejas y quieres el wrap exactamente como sale en la foto, te quitan el wrap, lo tiran a la basura y no te devuelven el dinero… Es una auténtica vergüenza para Bonaire que esta empresa pueda estar allí. Por desgracia, no se pueden dar -estrellas. You get a massive pancake that you could almost choke on. With rice. You have to search for the meat, and the lettuce is wilted. Lukewarm, soggy chips. Fancy some iced tea? If they haven’t topped it up, you’ll only get water in your cup. And if you complain and want the wrap exactly as it is in the photo, they’ll take the wrap away, chuck it in the bin and you won’t get a refund… It’s a real disgrace for Bonaire that this business is allowed to operate there. Unfortunately, you can’t give any stars.

  We ordered from the Bonaire, GA store on Wednesday and Mashaundra (who we later found out was on loan from the Watson Boulevard location) was a shining example of perfect customer service. We had a long and complicated order, and not only was she patient and incredibly friendly, but she took the extra time to ensure she got every detail correct so we got exactly what we wanted. We tend to expect a lower level of customer service when it comes to fast food just due to the “order and go” nature of the business, but what we got from Mashaundra was on par with the best of any dine-in establishment we’ve been too. We hope she gets promoted quickly as she is a great ambassador for your brand and exactly the type of person who should be in management. Also, our order was perfect so props to the rest of the team as well!
