  Awesome time coming to one of the tuesday Triva Nights. Food is a bit on the greasy side but still really delicious. The announcer is also pretty cool. Not sure if there are multiple tvs for it but a bit hard to read if you miss what he asked.

  Everything was nice but I am not a new York style pizza to begin with so there is that. The water was horrible. But friendly staff nice atmosphere if I was still drinking beer it would have been a better experience.

  I had the Great White pizza. I substituted the tomato slices for green peppers bc of reflux. It was loaded with mozzarella cheese that when a slice was lifted up the cheese would pull like a string. Additionally, the ricotta could be tasted. Nevertheless, I felt the pizza was not that flavorful. I am planning on adding bacon bits and pesto when I get home to my remaining slices to get some umph.

  Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The wait time was extremely long, and what made the experience worse was how rude and unprofessional several members of the staff were. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially when customers are already waiting a long time, and the attitude from most of the staff was unacceptable. Unfortunately, as far as the rest of the staff goes, the experience was horrible and definitely needs improvement.

  The pizza is good, but a recent customer service issue was disappointing. On a previous visit, an item my husband ordered was missing from our bag. The manager on duty did not know how to process a credit card refund, so she offered us a $7 store credit for our next visit. ​When we returned, there was no note or record of the credit. While the new manager did eventually issue me a $7 refund, he made several unnecessary comments—mentioning that he might have to pay for it out of his own pocket if his boss disagreed, and stating he was only doing it because he is a "businessman." These remarks made me feel uncomfortable and implied I was being dishonest over a small amount of money that the establishment had rightfully owed me due to their own error. ​While I enjoy the food, I am hesitant to return to a business where missing items are not tracked properly, refunds are difficult to process, and customers are made to feel at fault for requesting their money back. I originally left a 5-star review, but I am deducting stars due to poor management communication and how the situation was handled.
