  More often times than not im always disappointed with this location. Considering its the only one i pass on the way home, I stop in friday evenings for happy meals, but the service is always so slow and there hasn't been a time where they havent forgotten items. Ive always had to check and ask for the missing item or im in a rush and make it home only to see food is missing. Its so frustrating. Just today made it all the way home just to see 2 my kids 2 apple slices were missing.

  Rudest workers and slower than a sloth. The regional manager needs to come and do a complete overhaul on this place. Even for a fast food place you are gonna wait at least 30 minutes for your order here even if you do a mobile order. Employees have the nastiest attitudes toward customers. Be smart and avoid this one at all costs! You will definitely regret coming here!

  the lady who brought my order out the customer service was horrible. i ordered a carmel frappe no whip on my app and when she came out i told her as nicely as possible about it and she went to call me out like it was my fault i didn’t put it in the app right until she read the sticker on the bag and saw the mistake then rudely say it’ll be a few minutes when i had asked her nicely if they can remake it

  I went to this location today and this is the third time in a row that I’ve ordered a McFlurry and it was half filled. They dump the cookies on top and when you mix it up the cup is half filled. If I’m paying for a large then the cup needs to be full. It’s always the same lady working when this happens. Last time I mentioned it to her she got an attitude. If I wanted a small then that’s what I would ask for. Prices are already inflated without cheating customers out of what they paid for!

  Every time I go the workers are very nice and the food is good and I am always served my food fast.
