- PPPaul W. PeelMay 5, 20263.0I haven’t been to this Bojangles location in years, and now I remember why. The health inspection score is currently an 84, which is already concerning. The service was extremely slow. The staff was polite, but there was no sense of urgency. I placed a carryout order, and they helped several drive-thru customers before even starting mine. When I finally received my food, half of it was hot while the other half was cold. On top of that, the dining area looked dirty and poorly maintained. If what I can see isn’t clean, it makes me question what I can’t see. Next time I’m craving Bojangles, I’ll definitely choose a different location.

- KBKendra BurgessApr 16, 20261.0I went to this bojangles yesterday and ordered two Bo berry biscuits. First I went thru the drive thru and I literally sat in line for almost 15-20 PATIENTLY. Then I said you know what let me go on the inside to see what’s going on. Soon as I went on the inside one of the guys was like OH YEAH they’re sitting right here 🙄. Opened up the box to see a biscuit that was broke in half and placed inside the box. Then I informed then I wanted fresh biscuits. Sat there another 10-15 only for the biscuit to be warm and NOT FRESH. Moral of the story is, that store needs MORE STRUCTURE, A BETTER MANAGEMENT TEAM, and people who care about customers. I will not be returning to this bojangles AT ALL. It’s alot of kids that work there and don’t know how to greet or take care of customers.

The counter guy said they didn't have any chicken other that 2 breast and 1 wing and no biscuits . 2 other customer behind me left too. Why are you open when you do not have any food. This is not the first time this has happened in the evening. Won't be back.
