  Waited 20 minutes and didn’t even take our order. There was one car ahead of us in the drive thru waiting at the window and 3 cars waiting in the parking lot. They kept saying, just a minute to just take our order. While waiting we pulled up these reviews and after reading the same issues we left after 20 minutes.

  After going here three times I finally get service.Then, I get a burger that's pink.In the middle and undercooked, which is totally against regulations for fast food restaurant.We will not return

  Ordered 3 drinks and a burger combo on the app. It took them over 30 minutes to make it while a dozen cars came through the drive and got their orders before us. When the order finally came it was all wrong. Our dirty Dr. Pepper had limes and coconut in it?? One of the strawberry limeades was JUST soda water and a few strawberries and the other strawberry limeade has no limes in it. Waiting over HALF AN HOUR for "FAST" food and not even getting the correct order is ridiculous. I've tried to give this place multiple chances and it's always the same. I wil not be back here again.

  I hardly leave reviews for places, especially fast food, but we went by Sonic today, as we have a few times here and there, and this time was not the greatest. It's a very long wait, and yes, I understand they are probably understaffed, and that's not their fault; its understandable that there's not much they can do about that, but it's still a little inconvenient when it happens every time, and the last couple times we've been there they were out of something, if not the same thing as the last visit. And then today, when we went up to the window, there was a young man singing along to the loud music playing in the restaurant. It's a bit strange to hear someone singing loudly while they give you your food. Like yeah mate, sing it, but there's a time and place for that. Anyways, it could've been better.

  Every time im here over the past few months the service goes downhill more and more the staff is lazy as crap. And that new woman Brandy or whatever her name is that says and brags she was brought in to "run" the establishment literally ment "RUN" it to the ground. There is one young man that is polite and tries to get food out when she isn't there his name is Aiden. Im a doordash driver and I have to hurt my rating by refusing all sonic orders. Time is money and when you have to wait over 10 minutes, sometimes 30-40minutes, is an absolute absurd amount of time and i loos money because of the wait. Im over the crap and been in touch with corporate something NEEDS TO BE DONE and new management needs o be brought in ASAP
