  I never even got a chance to order. They had three cars in the drive thru so I decided to order at the take out speaker. I pushed the button and two minutes later I'm still waiting. Guess I have to be in a car to get some attention as a truck driver that just wasn't an option. Thanks for nothing.

  Let me begin by saying this place is great when they can keep it staffed. Today they rudely yelled at the stalls because they only had two employees... Which seems to always be the problem. Layered with the employees anger it’s an unacceptable establishment

  Love how they serve undercooked chicken that leaves people violently ill. Food poisoning. Absolutely refused a refund. Health Department needs to shut this place down. Please refer to generic automated response below, shows Sonic absolutely does NOT care about there customers anymore. I'm sure it will be there shortly after this review. Sonic won't be around in a few more years. Every location is shutting down one by one, all with the same issues. Rude. Dangerous. Don't risk your life eating this food.

  My daughters and I pulled up this past Sunday afternoon around 6:30 PM and placed our order after about 5 minutes of waiting. It wasn't busy. There were about 3 cars there when we pulled up. The payment option wasn't working on the screen (thankfully). We sat and waited and waited and waited. More than 30 minutes went by and we saw only 3 cars get their food outside at the car stations. I asked the car hop how much longer it would be for our food and he didn't know. We saw MANY vehicles go through the drive thru and got their food very quickly. A couple other people that got there after us asked about their food. I overheard a girl working there say they were shorthanded and they would get their food out as soon as possible. We waited more... We saw more drive thru cars get their food, and by that time another 30 minutes had passed by and no one had been served at the car stations. I waited a lot longer than I should have, so after an hour, we left without our food. If you are shorthanded, it would be nice, just like a restaurant does, to warn and provide a wait time. We would have just left and never placed an order. Waiting over an hour at a fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous, and no one could tell us how much longer our food would be. We saw a few other vehicles leave after ordering. We will NOT be back to this Sonic anytime soon and until I hear things have majorly improved!

  If I could give a 0 o would!!!!! Every time we try and go here it’s something!! Either all employees are parked in ordering spots and if you try to go to the walk up ordering station they won’t help you. Why have Sonic if you’re not going to even wait on customers? This is THE MOST FRUSTRATING PLACE EVER. Unfortunately we don’t have on in Atlanta and we look forward to Sonic when we’re in Blairsville but never seem to get service. I certainly hope corporate gets this feedback and does something about this locations issues!!!!
