- At ~8:20 PM, I drove up, parked, got out of my vehicle and walked to the restaurant door only to discover it was locked. I wanted to go inside so I could see the full menu and take my time ordering. Had to go back to my car and go through the drive-thru even though the dining room was supposed to be open. (Oops #1)
- Ordered the meal (5 items) but there is no sign showing what I ordered. (Oops #2). Hoping they got it right.
- After waiting on the car in front of me, I pulled up to get my order. Handed the worker my credit card and coupon. The worker took my card and disappeared into the restaurant (Oops #3). I was concerned about what they were doing with my credit card (so many scams going on nowadays) so I pulled forward to get a better look inside. Phew...the card was in the card processing machine. Don't scare the customer like that!
- While I was waiting I noticed the posting indicating that the dining room was supposed to be open until 9:00 pm while the drive-thru was open until 10:00 pm. Hmmm. It was now about 8:30 so the dining room door should not have been locked. Either that, or the posting was wrong. (Oops #4)
- Worker came back and handed me my bag and credit card but forgot to give me the receipt so I would have a record of what I ordered and what I paid. (Oops #5) When I asked for it, they handed me my receipt.
- I started to check to make sure everything was correct, but there was a car behind me so I just did a quick check and noticed there were only 4 items, not 5. The Beef & Cheddar Double was missing. (Oops #6). I told the worker and they walked over and picked up a sandwich and handed it to me. It was so quick I assumed the sandwich was already made and they just forgot to put it in the bag.
- Because there was a car behind me I decided to pull forward before checking the bag more thoroughly. I opened the wrapping to the sandwich (which is what my wife ordered) and discovered there was no cheddar on the Beef and Cheddar Double. (Oops #7). (Note: Fortunately, I had asked for the receipt because it clearly identified there should have been a Beef and Cheddar Double in the bag).
- I got out of my vehicle and walked back to the drive-thru window, between the window and the car waiting at the window. (Oops #8) Rude, yes! So I apologized to the driver who was kind and understanding. They really shouldn't expect customers in the drive-thru to have to walk up to the drive-thru window and I couldn't go inside to address the issue because the doors were lockedI
- I politely handed the worker the sandwich and told them that there was no Cheddar on it. They took the sandwich and returned almost immediately with another sandwich. Hmmm. How were they able to return so quickly? Did they grab the wrong sandwich that they quickly handed to me when I found the sandwich was missing from the bag? And what did they do with the Beef sandwich I handed them, which I had dug around in to find that there was no cheese. Did they throw it away or did they give it to a customer that was behind me? Ew! Or, did they have extra Beef & Cheddar sandwiches already made and sitting under a warming lamp. Ugh! (Oops #9)
- I walked back to my car from the drive-thru window and got back in my car. I checked the sandwich to confirm it had Cheddar on it. It did! Phew. But now my hands were greasy from opening the previous sandwich wrapping, so I reached into the bag to get a napkin. No napkins (Oops #10). At this point I didn't want to have to get back out and walk to the drive-thru window, which was not occupied by yet another customer.
- Fairly frustrated I decided not to check the other items for accuracy and drove off, heading home. However... as I was driving home I remembered...and it dawned on me. There was no sauce in the bag for my wife's Beef & Cheddar sandwich. (Oops #11, but that's partially on me for not asking before). Do I turn around and go back? Will my wife have to eat a Beef & Cheddar without Arby's sauce? (max characters...stopping here)

They should be ashamed of themselves for serving food like this burned bun and cold sandwich. Not to mention a half box of fries. Save your money go somewhere else. And if you're the owner don't respond to me why don't you just fix the problems? What a waste of money.

I went through the drive-through which took way longer than any drive-through I have ever been in. Got two RB double roast beef sandwiches and two drinks. The sandwiches were horrible. They didn’t even have a flavor and it looked like they had already been chewed up and spit out once I would never come here again.
