This particular Taco Bell restaurant is worth going out of your way to visit.
This restaurant has the general Taco Bell fare. However, that is not why it has received a five-star review.
This Taco Bell is worth visiting and going out of your way for, because of one word. In particular, that word is a name, Carson.
Now, I am not easily impressed, but I believe in giving credit where it is due. I have never met Carson before in my life, except for at the drive-thru at this particular Taco Bell. I have no interest in him romantically, so it's not that.
He has served me twice, in the window, at the drive-thru, on a Wednesday. But, his brief, pleasant service was so exceptional, respectful, considerate, and polite that this Taco Bell is five-star.
Usually, you have to go to a Chick-fil-A to get polite service. It's trained for them. It is expected, and sometimes you want to go back around the building just to be treated so politely.
At this Taco Bell, I did exactly that. I ordered twice, because I knew that I would be waited on by Carson. He simply exudes politeness and courtesy. I have been given food for free at a Taco Bell and still not felt that I was treated as courteously and politely as I did when this man simply greeted me, confirmed my order, and took my money.
I called his manager over to tell her the same.
If any of his managers or the owner reads this, please do whatever you can to keep this man on staff. He is a true asset and a boon to your company.
So, if anyone wants exceptional service, politeness, and a friendly smile to end your day, and an experience where you just want to go around the building and order again, just so that you have the pleasure of meeting Carson, this is the place.
He even let me take his picture to put on this post. Thank you, Carson, for making this Taco Bell in Bethlehem the best there is.
