  I placed an order online to be delivered I ordered the tuna and paid extra for the avocado spread. There was no cheese or avocado on my sandwich I called and spoke with a manager that said they would remake my sandwiches. I went up there to order the same sandwiches I ordered that didn’t have the avocado on it. The young lady that took my order placed my bread in the oven but did not turn it on then she realized she didn’t turn it on and turned it on and burned my bread. She said sorry so I was like sure things happen then she placed my tuna on the bread then went for the avocado spread and i saw what she was going to put on my sandwich which was green and brown and I told her no I don’t want that do you have anymore? She was like I don’t know if we have anymore and acted like she didn’t even want to look. She came back and said it was none in the cooler. I said ok, and as I observed I couldn’t help to see a lot of gnats flying around in front of the window where the vegetables are and sauces that they put on the sandwiches outside of the window and inside of that window. I don’t know what happened to all the workers here but the ones that was there today need some more training and the restaurant needs to be sprayed to try to get rid of all the gnats.

  This location needs to be shut down! The service is terrible, nothing is ever ready when the app says it is! It took over an hour just to get 3 footlong turkey sandwiches only meat and cheese! There’s always something going on at this store. Corporate needs to do better! Immediately!

  Did a mobile order for in store pickup. Went in and ticket machine was down and had just printed our ticket. We chose a table to wait. Whoever they have managing this store to let one very nice hardworking man run a lunch shift alone on a Saturday needs some serious reevaluating. We waited almost an hour from the time we placed our order to the time we received it. We watched more than 5 customers leave due to the long wait time because the poor guy needed some additional help.

  Awful! 1:30 p.m., no tea at all. Had to keep repeating myself to the person making my meal. Worst female making my meal. Not friendly at all. Her appearance, omg! I will never go back again.

  We visited this location today. Absolutely amazing visit. Both employees working were fantastic.
