  I went through belted self checkout line. While shopping I picked up two 12 packs of Premier Protein drinks. The sign on the shelf under it said buy one get one. So when they did not ring that way I asked the lady working the self service to please remove the drinks. She first went to check the signage then returned, putting her phone with pic of sign, no less than ten inches from my face. I told her I didn’t want to argue to just remove them. . She came to checkout and scanned her card and put one of the boxes on side of belt. Then the shrimp from seafood that was marked buy one get one rang up wrong so I had to call her again. Her lack of enthusiasm was very noticeable. I then removed all product I had that was on sale. When I left, I left them sitting there. When arriving home I saw I had been charged for them. This is when the fun started. I went back the following day and was left with the Assistant Store Manager, weird name but it started with O., who was super rude, never looked at me, had me wait while he ATTEMPTED to look at camera that he had no idea how to work (for about 15 mins) then went into store and said something about checking inventory. Another 15 mins of being treated like a thief. When all was said and done it appeared that Kroger themselves were the thieves. He barely apologized as he told the kid working that he was out of there. No explanation. No nothing. I called corporate the next day and was told a store manager would contact me. Never heard from him. So watch what is ringing up because if you leave something and return to get it… be prepared to be treated like a criminal. I’ll go back to the store I used for the ten years before this one opened. The audacity of the man to treat what they call a “valued” customer the way I was done is bigger than the scam he tried to run on me. He literally told me it may take hours. Because he did not know how to pull up register 13’s camera footage at 1:43. And… unless he knew the boxes had been restocked properly, and that’s doubtful, his inventory remark was ridiculous. And yes, I had my receipt. I will shop elsewhere and get my prescriptions elsewhere. Don’t need the anxiety

  Weird store, huge. A whole aisle for frozen pizza… all the sodas. I’m knocking off 2 stars for the pathetic meat department. A bunch of frozen options, ribeyes cut to less than an inch, zero thick steaks options, just stuck in the corner of a gigantic store…I grill, I smoke meat, this store is awful for quality meat cuts.

  1st time at this Kroger. Came in to get a money order and some lunch. Had a few questions, so i stopped by guest services. Kidron was very helpful. Another Satisfied Customer

  Love this grocery store clean and well stocked. Staff is pleasant too.
