  I've picked up at least 4-5 times over the last couple weeks. Every time up until today has been great experience. I actually go out of my way to go to this location because the food and service has been fantastic. Today was a huge letdown. The lettuce which is normally shredded and fresh, was only partially shredded in some of the sandwiches I ordered, but torn in large chunks in my sandwich. Our customizations were off. My sons sandwich wasn't supposed to have onions. It did. They were thrown together and sloppy and I had to wait several minutes for them.... Usually I pull up and they have them ready to go. Hopefully today was just a miss and not a sign of things to come. I've been regularly ordering but will stop if it continues to be anything like today. I ordered 4 sandwiches and they were all shoved in a tiny bag that looks like it should only hold two sandwiches at most. Just overall disappointing. BUT!!! The other times, they were outstanding. Fresh. Fast. Delicious.

  Why am I being pressured for a tip in the drive thru!! This is not acceptable.

  Asking for a tip in a drive-thru before customer even tries food is mind blowing. This is getting out of control.

  Went to this location ordered a club lulu add pickles through the drive thru. Of course I checked my food in the car and didn’t see the pickles on it took the sandwich inside the manager stated that the pickles are on the sandwich. Pickles were so thin you can barely see them but for them this is the normal quality I have been eating jimmy johns for years never had this issue. I am aware that the sandwiches are not large but this was just poor quality. He did not see the issue and when I asked for the manager I seen the last time when they completely messed my order up during a lunch rush (who was amazing) he acted like he didn’t know who I was talking about.   Was an incredible experience. Walked in and we were immediately greeted. we ordered and had our food in less than 5 minutes we were back on the road and they were busy . Our sandwiches were packed full!!!
