  I THINK the person who I spoke with name is Demetress. She told me she was new but she gave me management vibes with her kindness and professionalism. I drove from Clayton County to purchase the chicken biscuit...those biscuits are ALMOST as good as mine😂we could definitely use a Jack's in the Jonesboro/Lovejoy/Hampton area. Awesome experience 👍🏾

  🚨 Y’ALL NEED TO HEAR THIS! 🚨 If you haven’t been to Jack’s lately, you’re missing out! 😍🍔🍟 Everything was absolutely AWESOME! The food was great, the service was phenomenal, and Miss Jessica at the drive-thru window was AMAZING! ❤️ She was so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better! 🥰👏 We will DEFINITELY be back! If you’re looking for a great meal and even better service, go see the folks at Jack’s! You won’t regret it! ❤️🍔🍟 And Ms. Tanner was on point as well. 10/10 from us! 🥰

  Drive-thru cashier (starts with a J) on morning of 9/26/26 in Barnesville - she was so happy and professional at the same time!!! Rare combination these days. wonderful start to my morning.

  Went and got dinner, but the slaw was rotten. My husband got it as one of his sides and it smelled absolutely foul. He said it tasted sour and like it was days old. I did call and was able to get a different side, thank you to the gentleman who handled it so nicely. Once home I found out from my husband that his chicken had the same taste as the slaw and made him feel sick to his stomach. Nothing wrong with the service, but the food needs attention.
