I understand this is a busy location, but there’s simply no excuse for getting orders wrong and having the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve seen in a long time. Our mobile order was entered correctly, yet both chicken sandwiches came with the wrong cheese. After waiting 22 minutes for our food, it was too late to do much about it. And then there were the bathrooms. Trash bins overflowing. Water and urine all over the floors. No toilet paper. In the men’s room, there was a huge pile of paper towels under the urinal apparently being used to soak up whatever had flooded the floor. My wife said the women’s restroom was just as bad. The manager appeared to be working her tail off while several employees stood around chatting. That tells me there’s either a training problem, a management problem, or both. Never again will we step foot in that location. I sincerely hope this isn’t a sign of where this once-exceptional chain is headed.
