I don't know why did we not come here before, every single time, when I wanted a pho! It is extremely hard to find a good vegetarian pho, these guys nailed it ❤️❤️❤️ But the real jem here is people like John (the person in picture), who go above and beyond to make your food special, give the correct food advice for the correct mood, taste and aroma:) The food was extremely flavorful, I just couldn't stop eating! One of the vegetarian best dishes they had to offer was the lemongrass tofu. It was like marshmallow, never had such delicious and soft tofu before! Also decided to get smoothie at the end, which was amazing!

I hate to do this because ive never written a review ever but this honestly was the worst service ive ever gotten. When i started to order my food this asian lady with blonde hair laughed at me as i was ordering. I proceed to ask her whats funny and she keeps laughing and walks off. Idk if she had an attitude or not it dont really matter to be honest. She then went to the back and laughed about it with her friends. Im apalled because ive never gotten service that bad in my life. When she sets the food down we say thank you and she says nothing. I could go on and on but thats the basic gist.

Honestly, it's okay. Especially if you're just looking for some basic pho noodles and bowls. If you're looking for more authentic pho style meals I would look elsewhere.

Came here once and had a pleasant experience. Came here a second time and things were interesting. Ordered a side of fried rice and wings and a drink. Please keep in mind I came for lunch one hour after opening. I was then informed after I put my order in that there are NO WINGS. Why there are no wings and not disclose this to the staff or X it off the menu to let patrons know that item isn't available idk. Welp alright I pivot. I substitute for the calamari. This is when the waitress should've informed the kitchen put bring out the rice and calamari the same time. Lets use logic people. When the calamari came out it was over cooked and way too hard to chew, basically inedible. All this comes out and my drink still hadn't arrived. The fried rice was slightly hard as well, not like last time. My drink finally comes out and on @ huge table for ONE the waitress puts it on the edge beside my food. The lychee martini did not need to have all of that sugar around the rim and on the glass and the lychee was spoiled. DISGUSTING. Are you INTENTIONALLY trying to have my spill my drink or once again not using logic. (Or is it because im checking on the status on my drink....) I will not be returning. Very unfortunate experience.

Google has posted hours that state they close at 9:30, the signage on the door says open 11-10 daily. I called ahead and made sure that coming in 30 minutes before close wouldn’t be an issue…it indeed was, even though I was told it was fine. Our initial server had air pods in, followed by Anthony (I believe was his name) and he was very rude to us the entire time. I did not enjoy my luster food with sub par service, especially after working my double shift, it was the exact opposite experience I was anticipating. I would suggest, updating the brick and mortar signage and just making it a policy for a specific last time available for dine in. I would’ve much rather spent my $50 at a business where my patronage was welcome and wanted!
