  I have been here several times and the workers have always been so nice and helpful. It’s always the customers causing problems and the homeless is getting out of control. The workers are always working hard and they seem under staffed but they make it work.

  Restaurant was clean and staff was pleasant. I got my food on time, ordered it online and the pizza looked very fresh.

  I really appreciated the hospitality at Pizza Hut. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly, and that honestly made my visit even better. The food was fresh, which is always a major plus, and I loved the humor too—it made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Good food, good vibes, and great service!

  I gave the atmosphere 2 stars because yesterday I ordered a pizza for carry out instead of delivery by mistake. I immediately tried to contact them to fix this error but was unable to get ahold of them. Everytime the call center would transfer me to the store, the line disconnected. I called 3 times going through this before I just tried to handle the situation through the call center. I asked them to cancel the order bc it wouldn’t let me cancel it through the app. They were unable to cancel the order or issue me a refund and when I was told by the call center agent that if I didn’t pickup the pizza, it would just cancel by itself. I asked if I would be issued a refund and the call hung up on me AGAIN! So today, I drove up to the store & told them about this issue. I am being told their phone lines are down and can’t be reached or call out to anyone. I was offered a refund or a remake of my order, apologized to and given a drink for my wait. They are very sweet ladies inside the store and you can tell they truly didn’t know I was trying to reach them. I appreciate their concern. I just need them to fix their phone lines and make a way for customers to edit their orders on the app!
