  This is a sad excuse of a Papa John’s location. I absolutely love the product. But I can’t get it in a timely manner. It’s not a delivery issue because they outsource to Door Dash. My Dasher waited at the store for over an hour. They don’t answer their phones so I couldn’t cancel it over the phone. I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE STORE TO CANCEL A DELIVERY ORDER. They also deceive you with their Live Pizza Tracker. Emailed the customer service contact and got a response from the Atlanta Metro Director of Operations, Andre Wilson. He apologized and gave me TWO free coupon codes. I tried using them the following week during the day with higher hopes of them being less busy and able to make my order in a timely manner. Bother coupon codes did not work. I emailed Andre back and a few of my emails have gone unanswered. They just don’t care and I honestly don’t know how this location is still open.

  This was always my go to for pizza....not anymore! We decided to order online for pickup last night and it was a disaster. We were alerted that by the tracker that our order (1 epic stuffed crust 3 cheese and 1 new York style pepperoni) was ready for pickup, my husband went inside and didn't come out. After 10mins passed i called him and he said its not ready, they're confused in here. So we waited, 30 mins later still not pizza, I went inside only to see a line of people including Doordashers waiting!! Apparently someone was calling in large orders and wasn't picking them up, so they got confused and behind. They had a bunch of finished orders on the racks but nothing for those who were there to pick up!! Finally 1 hour after waiting we got our pizzas, which didn't taste very good, dry and lack of flavor!! They need more workers and better managers!!!

  I ordered at 5:33. It was supposed to arrive between 6:13-6:23. At 6:45 I called the store, they said the driver got into an accident, and that they were sending it back out with a few garlic sauce cups for the inconvenience. Ok no problem at all, I hope the driver is ok. At 7:15 I get a notification from the app that it’s been refunded. No call, no email, no text, no nothing. I didn’t even see it until 7:30. So now my kids waited TWO HOURS for pizza that never even came. And they wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called. What a disappointment… *update * the pizza finally showed up at 8:32pm 🤦‍♀️ thanks for waking up my kids. And one of the cheese stick orders wasn’t even cut, I’m missing two ranch cups, didn’t have the “extra garlic cups” they said they’d send, and the pizza box wasn’t even sealed, the sticker was just tucked into the box. Smh, still not impressed, at least I didn’t get charged I guess.

  I was told multiple times that the food was going to be ready in 6 mins…it’s getting close to 30 mins now. I’m making this post in real time-I’m here for a DoorDash delivery. Not respectable of customers time
