  Review Extremely disappointing experience with this location. My order was scheduled to be delivered at 9:50 PM, and by 10:40 PM I still had not received my food. Multiple DoorDash drivers attempted to pick up the order, but the situation was unsuccessful. The store stated that someone had already taken the order, and the DoorDash driver I spoke with expressed that the store was extremely crowded and that things were not being handled with any urgency. When I called the store, I was told by the staff that the manager did not know what happened with my order. I was then told that if I was willing to wait, they could remake the order. At that point, I had already been waiting close to an hour past the original delivery time. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone, only to eventually have the order canceled. Unfortunately, this is my second bad experience with this location. The first time, I received a box of breadsticks instead of my actual order. I contacted the store manager, who apologized and said he would send my correct order back out. I never received anything. I understand that mistakes and busy nights happen, but having two separate issues with the same location and no real resolution is extremely frustrating. The lack of communication and urgency from the store was especially disappointing. At this point, I would not recommend ordering from this location.

  Wish I could give negative stars no matter what day it is no matter who they have working the entire store sucks they never have food ready and they don’t care place crowded with ppl trying to get their food and they back there playing having a good old time not caring about the orders worst store in GA DONT COME HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GAS

  Never go to this location. The girl at the counter is very much racist, watched her greet other customers except for me. (Caucasian male), had an attitude when I said, "oh there is supposed to be jalapenos on here". Told me it would take 6 mins, so I said, could I just get a drink instead? She said, no, I'ma have to charge you for that. So I waited. Said thank you have a good day when I received the order and was not greeted back any words, I said again have a good day, she gave me a look and said yup, I said wow you really don't want to say it back as I laughed, then she responded with HUH!? I said again, you didn't want to say it back did you? She replied, I'm with a customer, I said ok that's fine, and left. Worst one I've ever been to lol

  The pizza was hot when picked up and pizza was delicious. Great service even though only one person was working. She did q great job getting 5 pizzas out the door

  I just had to leave a review for the two gentlemen working the shift tonight at 7:30 PM on August 5, 2026. Customer service like this is rare to find nowadays. From the moment I walked in, both crew members greeted me with genuine warmth and high energy. They were working efficiently, keeping the counter and prep area spotless, and handling every order with absolute professionalism while maintaining a friendly, welcoming attitude. Not only was the food hot, fresh, and made to perfection, but the positive vibe these two guys brought to the store completely made my evening. Employees like this are the backbone of a great business and definitely deserve recognition, a shoutout, and a raise from management! Thank you both for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back soon!
