  Asiago bagel stacker on an everything bagel was the truth. Thank you Andrew for getting my order correct and for a great lunch. It was a nice break from all the traffic in the Atlanta area today

  I came to this Panera last year, and honestly the internet is still terrible. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or something else, but I’ve been to many Panera Bread locations across the country and never had Wi-Fi this unreliable. This is actually a nice place to work, study, and spend time, but the connection barely works half the time or keeps disconnecting. A lot of people come here to get things done online, so I really hope this gets improved soon because it’s been an issue for a long time now.

  I was provided terrible service at this location, the drive thru cashier Makaela was very disrespectful at the speaker. We asked for just a moment to look at the menu, two minutes go by and she’s goes “are you gonna order or uhhhh”.. so being rushed we placed our order, once we got to the window she took our payment and we waited a few minutes til she asked us to pull up to the parking spots. When she finally brought out our food we asked if the receipt was in the bag, she said no and we asked if we could have one please. She said “yall gonna have to come back around for it” walked off and threw her hands up. There were cars in the line now so we decided to go inside for the receipt and ask for the manager. He comes to the pickup window and while explaining the situation very respectfully to him he’s interrupting us and immediately defends the cashier “she’s very overwhelmed right now”, working in the food industry myself that if understanding but leaves no excuse to rush, disrespect, or dismiss a guest. The manager handled the situation very poorly, we waited over 5 minutes for them to look for the receipt just to be told it would take a while as our order was “20 orders back” even though we just came from the drive thru line. He was arguing the fact he put a “receipt” in the bag however it was only the chit sheet and did not have a full break down of the order or payment. He was basically making it impossible to get the receipt, kept saying he was going to re-ring in the order but we specifically asked for the copy with our card payment shown. It almost like he wanted to hide something it was weird. We finally just decided to leave at that point. Do Not Go Here!

  They have good health food. The service is good, but I wouldn't consider it a tradition fast food restaurant. Although it does have a drive thru.

  I’m a member of the Sip Club and I really enjoy this place. I went on Sunday and I understand they get busy, but the coffee selections were either out or cold. I made several substitutions because the cashier had a long line. When I tried to go to the decaf cold coffee to warm it up, I ended up going to the call pickup window to let someone know since the cashier was tied up. The guy there told me to go back to the cashier—kind of a non–customer service move, like he just blew me off. I explained the cashier was busy, which is why I was telling him. I understand things get busy, but the rudeness felt out of line with Panera Bread’s brand. I mean, someone who’s not a Sip Club member is paying $4 for coffee that’s out or cold and bitter. As a member, I was understanding… until the customer service got so bad I felt like I had to write this review.
