I’ve always been taught while working in the fast food/ customer service that the customer is always right and to complete an order how the customer wants it. On both occasions I asked can I have just my bread and cheese toasted because I would order a number 15 but I didn’t want my tuna heated. On both occasion the same employee has made it a problem for me to get what I wanted. On the first occasion another co worker that was present told her he’ll make it how I wanted it because I was the customer. She was the cashier last night but I don’t remember her name because I just left after she told me they have to go by policy when making the sandwiches, but I’ve been to two other locations and I got exactly what I wanted. This employee always gives me and my mother attitude when coming in the customer service sucks really badly. You should instill in your employees that the customer decides how their sandwich is made.
