I can taste it in the food the fact that they do not clean the grill enough. This is literally the second time this has happened and it is unacceptable! Five Guys is overpriced as it is, but the fact that there are literally stealing money out of my pocket by not giving me what I paid for is another level of thievery!

Finally another staff member told her to try to make it and I got all my food. Placing a mobile order should not be a twenty minute lobby wait. This staff needs some serious guest service training. What an unwelcoming, frustrating experience!

The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and he absolutely loved his milkshake. But the fries were definitely the star of the show—hot, fresh, and delicious!
