  Customer service is terrible! Do not go to this location because they seem to be inconvenienced by customers. I went to the drive thru and the girl in the intercom was extremely rude, I could hear the attitude in her voice from the start but I decided to continue with my order anyway. But when I asked her about the donut options because I wanted a strawberry flavored one she got an attitude and raised her voice at me. I decided to drive off because that was so disrespectful. I will not be spoken to in that manner especially because I'm choosing to spend my money there. & it seems like corporate is not doing anything about it because according to the reviews people are calling them and complaining. I won't be going to this location anymore unless there is an entire new staff well trained working there.

  Staff is typically very professional and friendly but they mess up my order every single time. I ask for caramel, I’m getting French vanilla. I ask for a donut with no sprinkles and 9/10 times, I'm getting sprinkles. I wish more attention was given to detail.

  Today is Tuesday, March 24, 2026 time is 3:45 PM. I am leaving a one star review because of the Customer service of the two young ladies that was working there and once I received the two donuts I ordered they were dry and I asked her at the window did she have a fresh doughnut and her reply was our donuts get delivered in the morning this is all we have and walked away. We will never go there again!
