  I truly don’t understand how every time I order on the app 30 minutes in advance I have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through line just to get to the window. Honestly I would rather go to the chipotle on Floyd road or the one in vinings.

  I ordered food last night at 9:30 my dasher went to get my food and stole it. Whoever the dasher was mustve said they didnt pick it up because i was reassigned a driver by the second driver the guy told me someone picked up my order i made it clear i never got it and obviously the last dasher stole it and he never responded i got reassigned a NEW driver so now my 3rd driver goes in there and says the whole situation and whoever was there last night said i physically was on the phone with my driver when i remade the order and he wasn’t making me a new one bc i got my food. Mind you I’m at work so i ordered it to my house i didn’t get a dam thing. They need to do better with these door dash orders immediately.

  Order number BB2-JA3 for those who work at Chipotle. I went in to order a Quesadilla and put in “Cinco 26” for the free chips and guacamole. The Manager, Anna, even assisted me to be sure the promo was applied. She was awesome. The app still charged me for the chips and guac despite having put the promotion in with the help of a manager. Anna said she would give me free chips and guacamole the next time I came in. I didn’t want to opt for that because what if she is not there, the store is busy, or she forgets as we all interact with lots of different people every day. I called customer service. First person said there was nothing they could do. Second person said they put free chips and guac in my app. That was all I wanted. I was happy with that. I gave them a perfect survey as they said it was already in my app. Problem is it wasn’t in the app. I called back again and they said the second representative claimed that the offer of free chips and guac was still valid with “Cinco26” app and they never promised free chips and guac. So I should go use this promotion again in the same day? To chipotle-all you had to do was honor your promotion. That’s it. Just give the free chips and guacamole. Now you have a poor review and a poor survey all of which could have been avoided had you just given the free chips and guac right then and there. That was really all you had to do. Have a good one.

  They’ve been missing items a lot and the food quality is poor. It tastes old, like it’s been sitting around and not cooked right or seasoned. The rice was undercooked. It also wasn’t busy, but behind the counter looked messy and unorganized, and a lot of the containers were super low or empty. Overall it just felt dirty and poorly run.

  Went in 45 mins before closing and was told they couldn’t put out fresh rice. Real disappointment i came here previously and service was terrible. No explanation on why they wouldn’t get fresh rice but tried to serve me old hard brown rice safe to say I’ll never visit at this location again.
