- JRJM RJun 25, 20264.0employees are exemplary & facility inside is nice enough but dumping a rectangular tray in small round counter means they don't make it easy to dump tray at end of meal. the grilled chicken has unpleasant bite-through. the parking lot is awful, with blocked off spots and poor pedestrian access so cars, customers & employees are subject to dangers that could be improved.

Customer service is heinous—employees rolling their eyes at the simplest requests and forcing customers to line the outskirts of the parking lot to try to fudge their drivetgrough metrics. We routinely leave with a single, flimsy bag piled so full that we can't check the contents without dumping the entire bag but then get home to realize we're missing items. It would be annoying anywhere else, but at a Chick-fil-A? It's infuriating. What's the upsell if it's not customer service? I can get a chicken sandwich with a side of attitude at Wendy's.

When I finally got to the window I was asked my name for the order. I have my name and told the girl that I only ordered an ice cream cone. There were several employees moving around however no one was preparing the cone. I was then asked to pull up to the white line to wait. I looked at the employee in bewilderment. Why would they ask me to pull up and wait for a cone to be prepared which takes me than 30 seconds. When I refused to pull up the employee yells out " Oh my god". Then two other employees come and ask me to pull up to the white line. I asked that my cone be prepared and given to me so that I could leave. My cone was finally prepared then another employee approached my car with the cone in hand and again asked me to pull up. I have never experienced such unpleasant and unprofessional behavior from CFA. I will NEVER return to this location.
