- DCDerrica Clark3 days ago2.0Let me set the scene. You pull up on a Friday night, there are only two cars in front of you and maybe 3 cars in front of them. It takes you 19 minutes just to order your food then an additional 15 to receive the order. While waiting, you see the mobile pick-up line clear out not once, but TWICE! Before you ever receive your food. THEN! Once you receive your order you realize you have just received the cherry on top of an already crappy experience. The salad was poorly prepared, I received ranch dipping sauce opposed to buttermilk ranch dressing, no cutlery, no additional roasted peppers as requested. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! And I will be reporting this matter further to the corporate office. Absolutely ridiculous!

When I place an order in person, the order takers I’ve had don’t greet and have their back turned when taking my order. More than half the time my food is cold. I’ve stopped frequenting the establishment due to their poor service.
